Hyesoo and her family took wonderful care of my dachshund, sending many videos every day to make sure I knew he was well cared for. Lots of walks and hugs. He was happy to see me when I got back from vacation but I know he really enjoyed his time with Hyesoo. Highly recommend!
Appreciate the adaptation and communication! A bit harder to plan around Nainika's meeting schedule than other Rovers but she was adaptable and drop off Bentley when our flight was delayed, and I did a "silent drop off" using her door code to drop him off with her while she was on meeting. She sent pictures of Bentley peeing in the house -- he needed a bit more of a walk than just being let outside in the backyard during a heavy rainstorm. Unfortunately, did loose one of his toys, but offered to cover the cost of replacement.
We had the pleasure of meeting Andy and his partner with our dog Gabby and they were instantly likeable and very understanding and accommodating. They looked after her so perfectly despite the tough weather, they made sure to send us regular updates with every single walk, which we so appreciated! It made our time apart from Gabby just a tiny bit better with every new piece of content. The communication, drop-off and pick-up all went so smoothly that we would not hesitate to go back to them again, next time we have to leave our precious dog with someone.
Charlotte took excellent care of our timid velcro pup, Lola! She sent us frequent updates and pictures throughout the boarding, asked thoughtful questions about our dog's needs, and provided a stress-free environment. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. Seeing Lola wagging her tail on walks with Charlotte gave us so much peace of mind while away from home. We had a lovely experience boarding our medium sized often skittish Lola with Charlotte and would absolutely book with her again.
Highly recommend Kolin! He took fantastic care of my cat, Louis, and completely eliminated my travel anxiety. He was flexible with scheduling, communicative, and sent regular updates and photos. Louis had a great space to explore and hang out with Kolin and his roommate. He communicated concerns to me effectively. Louis was happy and ready to go when I got back—will definitely be booking him again!
Andrea is fantastic! I was thrilled to book Andrea’s services, as she is the ultimate professional. We needed 5 nights of overnight coverage for our 3-year-old labradoodle puppy. Andrea very kindly answered all my questions about how she would care for Sammy. She took excellent care of him for 5 days and nights. Throughout Sammy’s stay, Andrea sent many pictures of a very happy puppy. Sammy typically has a lot of eye secretions, and Andrea followed all of our instructions and did an excellent job of keeping his eyes clean and healthy. Sammy came home happy, healthy, and tired from playing with the other dogs. We feel so lucky to have found Andrea and highly recommend her dog sitting and boarding services!
Laura is amazing, and we would highly recommend her. We can't thank her enough for caring for our big boy, Leon. She made Leon feel right at home, and with her tall cat tree, toys and great windows for people & bird watching, her place is a dream vacation for our kitty. Leon had an extended stay (over 2 weeks), and Laura sent us daily updates. Laura has a way of catching his personality in photos, which made us happy to see how comfortable he was while we were away. Leon looks forward to future stays with Laura.
