“Sarah and family (humans and dogs) made my pup feel like family! He got to play and cuddle all day long and we got cute pictures throughout the weekend. They were patient with his puppy behavior and their love for dogs is so special! We will happily leave our pup in their care again!”

“Eddy and team were great with our 7 year old labradoodle. This is our second time with Eddy. A very active week for Tatum- socializing and playing with other dogs. We got lots of updates and pictures. A very timely and organized pick up and drop off. Will definitely rebook with Eddy in the future.”

“Jodi was great with Champ! She made him feel right at home and treated him like part of the family. Champ had dog friends to play with, went on walks, and got plenty of attention. It was clear he was happy and comfortable the entire time. Champ usually has a hard time staying with others, but Jodi made the experience easy and stress-free for him. I really appreciated the care and patience she showed. I will definitely be using Jodi again for my future travel plans. Highly recommend!”

“Michelle took great care of our high maintenance English bulldog while we were away for a week! Due to his breed, he requires quite a bit of extra attention and Michelle went above and beyond!”

“Francois took care of our senior dog recently we would highly recommend him . He communicated with us every day with text & pictures. Our dog being on the elderly side is very set in his ways & Francois took all his special needs into account. We returned home to a happy and relaxed dog.”

“Shuping is one of the best “nanas” Cookie has ever had, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found her through Rover. From the moment Cookie stayed with her, it was clear how much warmth, kindness, and genuine love she gives to the pets in her care. She treated Cookie as if she were her own, and that gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. One of our favorite things was receiving her sweet updates. She would send us adorable photos and videos and share little stories about Cookie’s day. The way she affectionately referred to Cookie as a “little rascal” always made us smile and showed just how much she cared for her. As pet parents, being away from your beloved pet can be difficult. Finding someone who loves, cares for, and cherishes your pet almost as much as you do is truly a blessing. That’s exactly what we found in Shuping. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive caregiver for their pet. She is warm, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely wonderful. We would happily trust Cookie with her again anytime.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats from kittens to seniors, including administering oral medications. This includes my own cats and also family/friend cats. I have my own rescue pit mix dog who has needed some patience to build her confidence and I’m proud of the work we’ve done together in the 1+ years together. I’ve also worked as a kennel assistant handling meal times, medication, day cares, walks, and clean up. I have always loved pets, from hamsters up to big 100 lbs dogs. I will treat your baby with love and respect and understanding of their needs. I share pet care duties with my Fiance John who grew up with dogs and cats in his household and takes care of our two cats and rescue dog with me. We both work full time but I only work 4 days a week and John works 5 days but leaves later and gets home earlier than me. I handle the morning chores including pet meals and Phoebe’s first walk of the day. John handles the second walk of the day when he gets home from work and the second mealtime then. Night time, Phoebe always gets a walk before bed and cats get their last meal. On weekends and free days off together (I always have a 3 day weekend) Phoebe usually gets a trip out to a park, trail, or beach where she can either roam and get her running in. Phoebe gets playdates often with her dog besties who live nearby. Phoebe is crate trained and we have an extra crate on hand too as needed. Currently Phoebe and the cats roam free together when we’re at work because they’re trustworthy now but if a guest comes, we can separate rooms easily and use crates. In other clients homes, I will always follow the rules of the house. Dogs and cats alike will get lots of enrichment, walks, and playtime so everyone is satisfied and comfortable.
“Dana and Nia were wonderful sitters for our 6 month old puppy. She was meant to stay with them for 5 days and go to a friend of mines house for the rest of my trip but she got sick on her first day with my friend. Dana and Nia happily took her back the next day and got her back to normal health. They knew exactly how to handle the situation and were very chill about it. Rosie had a great time with them, in their yard and on adventures outside of their house. 100% recommend Dana and Nia!”

“Kayla was fantastic! She took such great care of my dog Percy. He got lots of exercise and attention, and he enjoyed playing with her very sweet dogs. Kayla kept me updated on how he was doing, including sending amazing photos of his adventures! I would highly recommend her!”

“Betsy and her family created a welcoming environment that made it easy for our nervous dog to adjust. Betsy gave him all the care and attention he needed and was super responsive through our vacation. We will try to book again before we move.”

“Yulia took great care of my Barron and always responded quickly to all messages. She was also so kind and flexible when my pickup time was delayed due to traffic! I would recommend Yulia to others. Thank you!”

“Gina was so amazing with our dog. He gets anxious with change and truly attached to her so quickly - it brought us so much comfort as we were away for 2 weeks. Lots of pictures, updates and managed all his meds! We are thankful for such a professional, warm and wonderful experience. Thank you Gina!! 💕”

“Highly recommend! Sunisa was super accommodating and took great care of Koda. I received photos and updates daily, allowing me to have total peace of mind while away. Thank you!”

“Yasmine was great to work with. She was in communication. Pick up and drop off were easy and straight forward. Cocoa seemed very happy and well taken care of.”

“Kevin was an incredible Rover sitter to board my dog with. He accommodated us last minute and had more organized systems than anyone I've ever boarded with on this site. He sent detailed reports every day about my dog's day with great pictures - I was showing these reports to everyone I was with for my entire trip! I could tell my Meri was in good hands with him. She was exhausted after I picked her up - always a good sign. And his dog is very quirky and sweet. They have a good setup lifestyle and house-wise. Definitely recommend Kevin as an intentional and detail-oriented dog walker.”

“We had an excellent experience with Pamela and Yocheved! Very kind people. It was also a plus that they have a fenced-in back yard. Their older lab, Jennifer, is the sweetest angel, too. We did a “play date” prior to our booking and our dogs got along great. We will definitely be rebooking again in the future!”

“Isabella did a great job in minding Marvin and Mellow. My cats are usually nervous at first, but settled down really well throughout their stay. She kept us in the loop with loads of photos and videos. By the end, our cats were content and I would definitely book her again!”

“Geoff had an amazing stay with Paula! She sent photos almost every day of him playing at the dog park, hanging out on the couch, and it was really great to see how he was doing. He came back a happy pup!”

We couldn’t be more pleased with the care Michelle and her son extended to Clare. Michelle exuded confidence right off the bat as a pet lover. And when our flight was delayed, she was non-pulsed when we needed her to keep Clare for an extra, unplanned overnight. We look forward to calling on Michelle again!

Eddy has been doing an incredible job taking care of our 5mo old Vizsla! He has been able to be flexible in working around our schedule for pickup/dropoff on daycare days and for overnight boarding. He sends plenty of pictures throughout the days he has her to reassure us that our puppy was having fun and getting what she needs - we were honestly getting worried that she wasn't going to have missed us! When we get her back it's clear that she has gotten plenty of time to play and is usually out for the count most of the rest of the day. Definitely recommend going with Eddy if you have a dog that loves to play with other dogs!

Anna took exceptional care of my dog over a long weekend. It was clear when my dog got home that he had a relaxing and good experience with her and Kuma. She sent so many pictures and updates while I was away! I look forward to the next time she can watch my dog because I know he'll have a great time and she'll give him all the love and care he needs.

Julia is amazing! She took such great care of my anxious pup and sent regular updates and pictures to put me at ease so that I could truly enjoy my vacation. Julia went above and beyond, meeting with us before hand to make sure it was a good fit and that I felt confident that my dog would feel comfortable while I was away. Thank you, Julia!!
