They sent in photos every day which helped ease our guilt for leaving our pup. Maui had such a good time! When Maui had a hard time eating his food, Kimm gave him organs and broth to mix with his food like we do at home and he ate it. She went above and beyond. This is my second time leaving my pup with Hong and exactly the same as the first go, he did an excellent job with Sydney, taking her on nature walks, keeping her mentally engaged with puzzle games, and just overall caring for her like she were his own. He sent pictures and messages every day and is consistently responsive and thorough. I live 30+ minutes away and still check Hong's availability first if I ever need help with Syd - he's just that amazing of a sitter! Literally a godsend. Thank you, Hong!
