About: I am a 32-year-old living in a house in Newton (with a fenced-in backyard!) with flexible work hours. I work from home, and I'm a writer so hours are flexible, so I can take your dog for a walk whenever you need me to. I am responsible, kind, and athletic, and would love taking your dog on a long neighborhood walk, a dog park, or another location you'd prefer. Lastly, I am a previous pet owner myself -- growing up I had an incredibly energetic golden retriever dog, as well as a cat who lived 15 years. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit. I work full-time from home, and as a writer I have a flexible schedule to play and walk your pet throughout the day as well as on weekends. We have a house in Newton, and I always ensure anything potentially dangerous is off the floor before a pup comes over. I also make sure they have their own space in my house on a dog bed or blanket with toys so they feel safe and welcomed.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9, and probably even younger! I grew up with a Black Lab who was the sweetest boy. I took care of him throughout his life - bringing him on walks multiple times a day, feeding him, cleaning up after him, and always playing and spending time with him. I have also taken care of my friends’ dogs whenever they were away and needed someone to check in! I’m currently in studying in college in Boston but am very flexible on weekends, along with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 12pm once I finish classes. I spent 14 years living with my dog and understand what it takes to create a safe and clean space for dogs! I am very attentive and I’ll be able to keep your dog safe. When I get back home after walking dogs I play with them for a bit, make sure they have plenty of water, and do whatever the client asks of me!

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I have cared for many of my own, neighbors', and friends' pets throughout my life. I love getting to know different dogs and their personalities, walking, and playing with them. I have experience with difficult and anxious pets, as well as different sizes of dogs. I'm a pretty active individual, but also love to chill on the couch if that's more your pet's speed.

I am in the process of looking for a new job, which means that I currently have availability late morning to late evenings most days. I take safety very seriously. I make sure to follow any directions you leave behind. I only let dogs off leash in fenced in areas, and even then only with the owners permission. I make sure dogs and cats are safely indoors before I leave - and crate them if that is requested.
