About: Since A Kid I have been around dogs, and watched plenty of training dog videos, I got my new dog 1 year ago, and he has learned how to walk without a leash, and basic training like wait leave it sit stay, he’s a high drive dog K9 so I’m always outside with him hiking or doing some type of activity, I can sit your dog at your house, but trust me he will be outside most of the time enjoying his best life, I know I wouldn’t want a stranger sitting around my house all day doing absolutely nothing… I'm available everyday is perfect for me since I do DoorDash I can easily work with pets rather than food delivery, is my drive and it motivates me I search my dog for any allergies or ticks every day, and prepare some remedies every time we go outside to keep him safe from any mosquitoes or tick bites.

About: I have had pets my entire life - from dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, gerbils - and as a user of Rover for my own doggies, I would love to offer my services to those who entrust this app with their loved ones as I do. I currently am in between jobs and have much availability. I am available mornings, afternoons, and some evenings. I can do visits and give lots of love, or take long walks. I have a grown son who is thriving in the world and am very responsible and trustworthy. I also had a cat growing up names Sweetie - current pup is a Frenchie named Thor! I also have caretakers on this site that I use for my own guy who is a French bulldog. I also used to have a miniature schnauzer most recently who sitters on this site used to walk too. About: Hi, my name is Jose and I'm excited to meet you and your pet. I have cared for and looked after dogs, cats, birds, and other animals for most of my life. Your pet will be cared for and loved when they're with me, because above all, I love animals! I have the most experience with dogs and cats, and when it comes to dog training, I implement positive reinforcement methods. I have handled dogs of all sizes, breeds and energy levels. I love dogs because of their boundless enthusiasm and love for even the simplest of things. Your dog will get a lot of attention and playtime when they're with me. You can rest assured that I will treat them as if they were my own. Cats are also welcome, and in fact, most of my experience for the past 5+ years has been with cats, whether it's feeding them, sifting their litter, or keeping them entertained. I'd love to set up an initial call to see if I would be a good fit for your pet. If that goes well we can then set up a meet and greet to confirm details and allow your pet to become familiar with me. I don't work a full-time job since I also take time to take care for my child, so my day time hours are very flexible. For dogs I make sure they're on leash at all times outside and for cats and other animals I just make sure they have everything they need and are entertained under my care.

About: I have experience taking care of dogs from young pups through dogs in their final years, as well as cats of various ages. I grew up with 1-2 dogs in our household at all times, several bunnies for which I was the primary caregiver as a kid and teenager, and frequent interactions with my friends’ cats. I am a responsible oldest daughter and love meeting and caring for animals!! I work in an elementary school, so once the school year starts I will be busy from approximately 7am to 4pm each week day. I have a lot of availability on weekends and more daytime availability during the summer and school breaks. I always follow the pet parents’ instructions closely because they know their pets best. I treat all pets with care and love. In particular, with dogs, I enjoy taking them on long walks if they are up for it. While pet sitting, I make sure to spend time with the pets while I am not at work (not coming back simply for their care routine).

About: Along with growing up with two dogs and helping to raise a puppy as a teenager, family friends and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats since I was ten. I've worked with all types of dogs, from Shih Tzus to Pit Bull mixes. I'm the one in my family who takes the dogs out on long hikes (or for short walks around the block once they get older), brushes their teeth and fur, gives them baths, and trims their nails. I'm a regular volunteer at cat shelters in cat care, and as a student on the pre-veterinary track, I have shadowed and volunteered at vet clinics to better understand the care that goes into your pets' health. Besides dogs and cats, I also have experience with a myriad of animals, such as hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs, mice, fish, hermit crabs, geckos, snakes, tortoises, and turtles. I have experience in preparing special diets for pets and other animals with specific health needs, and in senior dog care. I'm a college student, so I fit bookings around my classes and workload. My classes start at 8 am on weekdays, so my general availability is as follows: Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Available after 11:30 am Tuesday: Available after 6 pm Thursday: Heavier on classes, but I may be able to do a quick drop-in in the morning/evening if needed Weekends: Unavailable 8-10 am Saturdays, otherwise available As a lover of all creatures, I take the safety of both pets and wildlife seriously. As such, I will always supervise pets that are outside in yards and keep them on leashes outside fenced-off areas so they are not a danger to others or themselves. If transporting pets in my car, I will keep them safe and secure in a carrier/crate. As a college student who has shared living spaces with new people before, I understand the importance of respecting others' belongings and boundaries. During drop-in visits, I will be sure to respect your home and any rules you may have for your comfort (i.e. no shoes in the house, specific dishes/silverware for pets only, general cleanliness, etc.).

About: I have spent a lot of time taking care of my own dog and I learned a lot from taking care of her. When she got older I got used to carrying her down stairs, walking her, soothing her in the car, and feeding her her special meal. I have also looked after my neighbor’s dog over the years, who is very sweet and requires a lot of attention. I have now had a few Rover bookings with a variety of dogs and have gained more pet care knowledge with each experience. I am working from home this summer, so my schedule is quite flexible and I would love to fill my days with caring for dogs. I would make sure to pay attention to each dog’s specific need. Every dog is different, so I would listen to their owner’s advice if they shared any. I would make sure that on hot days the dogs would have plenty of water.

About: I have a toy poodle named Gumball who is living with my parents now! I trained him and watched him grow up. I have the same enthusiasm when it comes to small to medium sized dogs. - Amateur groomer (baths, light trims) - Expert in Poodle behavior, needs, and training - Puppy training + tricks - Long or short walks - Vigilant against: foxtails, big/aggressive dogs, toxic foods, etc If I spot an aggressive or large dog, I will prioritize your pet's safety by redirecting our walk or picking them up immediately. I am generally available all week to look after or walk your dog. I am flexible so don’t hesitate to reach out! Spending time with dogs is my favorite thing to do and I adjust my schedule accordingly to give the best care! I am available for long term care and overnight stays. I give a fresh bowl of water every day and clean bowls daily. I take them out for multiple walks a day and brush their at night. I’ll be sure to say goodnight and give a Greenie!

About: We have a heart for animals but careers that don’t allow us to have a pet of our own! My husband and I travel somewhat frequently for work and unfortunately have not been able to adopt a furry friend to become a part of our family yet. My husband and I live in Brighton and both grew up with animals our whole lives. Rover has been a great way for us to still love animals despite not having one of our own. Our main goal is make sure your pet is HAPPY and comfortable in our care, and we will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens 😊 I work from home when I am not traveling and am able to care for your pet at all times of the day because of this. I love going on mid-day walks and would love a doggy to take a long with me. I am used to dogs and cats of all kinds and have the ability to travel to them, or welcome them to my home. I live in a house with 3 other roommates-We have the whole house and lots of space! We have a backyard but it is not fenced in. I care for pets like they are my own and ensure they are welcomed into a clean environment and as comfortably as possible.
