About: Dedicated and versatile, I specialize in puppy training and energetic dog accompany . My love for animals ensures a safe, comfortable environment for your pet.” Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine, especially after 5 PM. During this time, I devote my attention to exercise, play, training, and interaction with the pets. Throughout the week, I manage vet visits, grooming, and special outings. My schedule's flexibility allows me to meet each pet's unique needs, providing the comprehensive care they deserve. In my home or at a client's, I prioritize providing a safe, engaging environment for pets. I adhere to established routines, maintain cleanliness, ensure regular exercise, closely monitor health, and provide ample attention, making their comfort and happiness my utmost responsibility.
About: I love dogs without reserve, caring for multiple family dogs throughout the years and watching neighbors’ dogs throughout high school. No dog is too big or too small! I’m currently a full-time college student, so I petsit in my hours off from class. My weekends (and Tuesdays) are free, but I can also often schedule in walks on other weekdays, so long as they don’t intersect with a class. I can house-sit or walk dogs, depending on what is needed. I’d like to provide an active environment for any prospective dog, giving them enrichment through play and activity (and lots of head scratches)!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a child. I have experience walking and pet sitting for dogs from puppies to adults and seniors. I am in the process of looking for a new job, which means that I currently have availability late morning to late evenings most days. I take safety very seriously. I make sure to follow any directions you leave behind. I only let dogs off leash in fenced in areas, and even then only with the owners permission. I make sure dogs and cats are safely indoors before I leave - and crate them if that is requested.
“Michelle was a wonderful and communicative walker. She made me feel comfortable by accepting a meet and greet beforehand. My dog warmed up to her easily and the walk went nicely.”
About: I absolutely adore pets. I have owned a cat and a dog, and have pet-sat for numerous animals. I can't think of a better job than getting paid to do something I would do for free. My promise to you is that I will treat your pet with the utmost care, as if it were my own. I am a recent college graduate with some time before I start my full-time job. I am flexible with scheduling, and I'm happy to work with you to best support you and your pet's needs. I heavily prioritize the safety and well-being of the pets I watch. I am vigilant to ensure that pets receive all the exercise, medication, and other care they require while also giving them the attention and love they deserve. I truly enjoy and am passionate about providing the best experiences for the pets I watch!
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9, and probably even younger! I grew up with a Black Lab who was the sweetest boy. I took care of him throughout his life - bringing him on walks multiple times a day, feeding him, cleaning up after him, and always playing and spending time with him. I have also taken care of my friends’ dogs whenever they were away and needed someone to check in! I’m currently in studying in college in Boston but am very flexible on weekends, along with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 12pm once I finish classes. I spent 14 years living with my dog and understand what it takes to create a safe and clean space for dogs! I am very attentive and I’ll be able to keep your dog safe. When I get back home after walking dogs I play with them for a bit, make sure they have plenty of water, and do whatever the client asks of me!
About: I have lived in Newton, MA all of my life and know some great trails and hikes for an awesome long walk for your pup! I have taken care of my Australian Shepherd, Dakota, and have worked alongside my mom in boarding dogs for over 6 years. I am a reliable and trusting caretaker and prioritize the needs of each individual dog in regards to their energy level, health, age, and comfort levels with people and public situations. I have a strong love for dogs and care about giving them the best possible care. I am available for long walks for high energy dogs, or walks around the neighborhood and check ins for when you are away. I look forward to taking good care of your pup! I am currently working part time as I prepare for law school to start in the fall, so I will have lots of time to care for a pet! I will be able to provide many walks during the day, and give my undivided attention! I live in a house with a fully fenced large backyard, and across the street from the carriage lane on commonwealth ave. My home is very pet friendly.
“Royce is a wonderful conscientious dog walker who genuinely cares about my Baz. He’s had medical issues lately and she’s been so flexible & observant with him, really helpful tending and adjusting to his needs.”

About: I am a 32-year-old living in a house in Newton (with a fenced-in backyard!) with flexible work hours. I work from home, and I'm a writer so hours are flexible, so I can take your dog for a walk whenever you need me to. I am responsible, kind, and athletic, and would love taking your dog on a long neighborhood walk, a dog park, or another location you'd prefer. Lastly, I am a previous pet owner myself -- growing up I had an incredibly energetic golden retriever dog, as well as a cat who lived 15 years. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit. I work full-time from home, and as a writer I have a flexible schedule to play and walk your pet throughout the day as well as on weekends. We have a house in Newton, and I always ensure anything potentially dangerous is off the floor before a pup comes over. I also make sure they have their own space in my house on a dog bed or blanket with toys so they feel safe and welcomed.
“Five stars doesn’t feel like enough- I highly recommend Charlie! My dog’s excitement level goes through the roof when I say Charlie’s name. Charlie’s responsible, caring, fun, and shows a genuine love in caring for animals. I feel a real sense of comfort having such a kind and attentive sitter for my dog! I’m truly grateful!”

“Chuck has done a great job walking my 2 big pups, He is very dependable and comes through even on last minute requests. Chuck always sends updates and cleans the pups up after walks in the rain. I highly recommend him!”

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I have cared for many of my own, neighbors', and friends' pets throughout my life. I love getting to know different dogs and their personalities, walking, and playing with them. I'm a local college student with a pretty flexible schedule especially in the summer and during school breaks. I am willing to accommodate for off hours. I have experience with difficult and anxious pets, as well as different sizes of dogs. I'm a pretty active individual, but also love to chill on the couch if that's more your pet's speed.
“Claudia is our routine sitter once a week but truly came through this week when we had extra needs. Claudia is prompt, organized, thoughtful and kind. Our boys love when she comes to walk them. She goes above and beyond for our boys.”

About: I have 6 years of experience and have been housesitting since I was 15. I’ve been the first choice of pet-sitter for friends and family for the past three years. I have experience with both small and large dogs, from a cute Cavachon to a sweet Irish Greyhound! I am a runner and book lover, so I can both take your pets on long walks and settle in for a cuddle. I have experience with elderly dogs, including giving medication. I am on break for summer in between college semesters, and have plenty of time to hang out with your pet during the day! I am available for boarding throughout the week and can do drop-ins starting from 8 am to 9 pm. I am unable to care for pets in my home, as I live in a rented apartment, but am happy to care for them where they’re comfy at home. I can crate easily or just hang with them free. I can do daily walks and feedings, and do playtime or cuddles as well. I am happy to take pictures and send them to you through out.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always had them as part of my life, so being around animals feels very natural to me. My last dog, a 12-year-old schnauzer mix with complex needs, recently passed away, and caring for her through her senior years only deepened my patience, attentiveness, and understanding of dogs who need extra support or routine. I really love animals and treat every dog like my own—with kindness, calm energy, and lots of care. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your pet with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m available for morning walks and drop-ins and would love to help care for your pup!
“Carly did a great job and was flexible with the plans. My dog loved her. Even my maid met her and spoke how wonderful she was. Will use her again and will recommend her to anyone. Ray. Sylvan Park.”

About: I’m not just a dog lover—I’m a proud dog mom of 9 years! I know how much your pup means to you because I feel the same way about mine. I bring the same care, attention, and love to every walk and drop-in as I do with my own dog, Dobby. I currently have a hybrid work schedule and work from home Mondays and Fridays. So Mondays and Fridays are pretty open. Tuesdays and Thursdays I would be available after 6pm so please feel free to message me if interested. Weekends I am available! When I drop in to care for your pet, I treat your home and your furry friend with the same respect and love I give my own. I always follow your care instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or medication. I keep things calm and comforting for your pup, so they feel safe and happy.

Jess has been a reliable, flexible, and trustworthy dog walker for my 70lb hound/pitt mix! My dog can be reactive on the leash, and I have felt very confident to send her out with Jess. She provides great communication pictures every day, and adapts to meet the needs of my dog. Highly recommend for any animal care needs!

Sue is fantastic! She is super reliable and takes excellent care of my little dog. On top of that, Sue seems to really care about what she does and makes me feel like my dog is the only dog in the world. She makes me feel special and I know she makes my dog feel special as well! She responds quickly to messages and I’ve never had any issue communicating with her. When you book with Sue, you can be assured that your pet is in great hands

Natalie and Dan were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond while caring for my dog, Merlot. While I was away, they noticed she was having some accidents and immediately kept me informed and helped coordinate a switch to boarding so she would be more comfortable. Their communication and care gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout the entire stay. They even went out of their way to pick up shampoo and give Merlot a bath, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. Merlot was clearly very well cared for and loved while she was with them. It was such a pleasure having Natalie and Dan care for my dog, and I will absolutely be booking with them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care.
