About: I’ve been around dogs of all sizes my entire life. Specifically I’ve had two family dogs, one currently that I walk multiple times a week. I am able to handle any size of dog and love to make connections with each one. I view this less as a money making opportunity and more a way to spend time with my favorite animal. I am an actor currently auditioning for shows and love to use my free time to care for dogs. I am also big into fitness having just lost over 80 pounds. This gives me a great way to keep myself active and your pet! I am the type to clean the eye boogies off my dogs face, cuddle for hours, and let them explore the world. I am big on allowing a dog to use their sense of smell when outside because that’s their biggest stimulant of enrichment. I make sure to understand a dogs body language and to know if they are friendly with other dogs/ humans or not.
About: I’m not just a dog lover—I’m a proud dog mom of 9 years! I know how much your pup means to you because I feel the same way about mine. So Mondays and Fridays are pretty open. Tuesdays and Thursdays I would be available after 6pm so please feel free to message me if interested. Weekends I am available! When I drop in to care for your pet, I treat your home and your furry friend with the same respect and love I give my own. I always follow your care instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or medication. I keep things calm and comforting for your pup, so they feel safe and happy.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always had them as part of my life, so being around animals feels very natural to me. My last dog, a 12-year-old schnauzer mix with complex needs, recently passed away, and caring for her through her senior years only deepened my patience, attentiveness, and understanding of dogs who need extra support or routine. I really love animals and treat every dog like my own—with kindness, calm energy, and lots of care. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your pet with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m available for morning walks and drop-ins and would love to help care for your pup!

About: I love dogs without reserve, caring for multiple family dogs throughout the years and watching neighbors’ dogs throughout high school. No dog is too big or too small! I’m currently a full-time college student, so I petsit in my hours off from class. My weekends (and Tuesdays) are free, but I can also often schedule in walks on other weekdays, so long as they don’t intersect with a class. I can house-sit or walk dogs, depending on what is needed. I’d like to provide an active environment for any prospective dog, giving them enrichment through play and activity (and lots of head scratches)!
“Royce is amazing! She has been so helpful with our 10 week old puppy. She spends more time than required playing with him and making sure he is ok when she comes over for walks. This week we had a family emergency and she came over at 8pm to walk our puppy on a day she was not scheduled. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with her so far.”

“Jess was great with our dog, Appa! He seemed to take to her right away and I know he appreciated the mid afternoon walk breaks while we were at work! She shared plenty of updates and photos from their walks!”

About: Hi, I’m Sabrina! I’ve been caring for pets for 8 years, and nothing makes me happier than getting to know each animal’s unique personality. I work with both dogs and cats and have experience with everything from tiny puppies to slow‑moving seniors, from shy kitties to big, energetic dogs. I grew up in a family that owned two Shar‑Peis, so I’m very comfortable with stubborn, reactive, or strong‑willed breeds. I understand body language, thresholds, and how to build trust with pets who need a little extra patience. Whether your dog is still learning manners or your cat prefers a quiet observer, I meet every animal where they are. I currently have a very open schedule, so pet care fits easily into my day. I’m home most of the time and can adjust to your pet’s routine, whether you need morning, midday, or evening visits. I care for pets in their own home so they can stay relaxed in a familiar space. I follow your routines exactly, keep your home secure, and double‑check doors and gates before leaving. I’m respectful of your space and send updates so you always know your pet is safe and comfortable.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Auburndale
Michelle was absolutely amazing! While we were traveling for 10 days, our dog stayed with my elderly mom, who has difficulty walking. Michelle made sure our pup got a great walk each day, lots of love, and exceptional care the entire time. Knowing our dog was in such good hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience with Rover. Five stars isn’t enough—I’d give Michelle 50 stars if I could!

Jess has been a reliable, flexible, and trustworthy dog walker for my 70lb hound/pitt mix! My dog can be reactive on the leash, and I have felt very confident to send her out with Jess. She provides great communication pictures every day, and adapts to meet the needs of my dog. Highly recommend for any animal care needs!

Sue is fantastic! She is super reliable and takes excellent care of my little dog. On top of that, Sue seems to really care about what she does and makes me feel like my dog is the only dog in the world. She makes me feel special and I know she makes my dog feel special as well! She responds quickly to messages and I’ve never had any issue communicating with her. When you book with Sue, you can be assured that your pet is in great hands

Natalie and Dan were absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond while caring for my dog, Merlot. While I was away, they noticed she was having some accidents and immediately kept me informed and helped coordinate a switch to boarding so she would be more comfortable. Their communication and care gave me so much peace of mind. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout the entire stay. They even went out of their way to pick up shampoo and give Merlot a bath, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. Merlot was clearly very well cared for and loved while she was with them. It was such a pleasure having Natalie and Dan care for my dog, and I will absolutely be booking with them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
