“Tomoe and her entire family were amazing, and my dog quickly adopted them as his second family! Tomoe loves dogs and totally understands how important a caring dog sitter needs to be. She kept me aprised of my dog Muskies daily routine, with daily written descriptions and photos and videos. She cared for my dog for 10 days and treated him as her own, following all my instructions to the letter. I have used two other sitters(not from Rover but though recommendations) and neither even came close to the care and bond that my dog received with Tomoe. She played with him, took him for walks and to the dog park where my dog could meet and play with other dogs . In addition to her care, the rest of her family were also fantastic and played with my dog until he was played out! She is highly educated in the ways of dogdom, and truly has a passion for her work as a dog sitter. If I could give her 10 stars I would....I only hope she has availability the next time I need her services since once you have experienced the best there is no going anywhere else!”
“Best ever!!!!! We just came back from our first trip away from Stella. It was traumatic for us and we were worried before we left. But Lyn made everything ok! We got regular picture and videos. Lyn loved Stella and took care of her like she was her own puppy. Not only that. The day before we left, we had a trip to the animal ER, so Lyn got a dog with bandaged paws. Lyn was gentle and kind and in spite of the surprise, was ready to care for Stella. We came home to a happy and healthy puppy! I can’t say enough about how grateful we are.”

We had such a wonderful experience with Sana! Since we were traveling abroad, she went above and beyond by driving to pick up our Floofy from another sitter and caring for her for the remainder of our trip. We could not have asked for a better sitter for Sofi than Samuel. Caring for our "dog-ter" comes with unique needs and extra responsibilities as she’s gotten older, but Samuel handled every single detail with incredible grace, patience, and warmth. From managing her special diet to administering her Adequan shots seamlessly, Samuel took care of her health and routine with complete precision and confidence. It gave us total peace of mind knowing our sweet girl was in such capable hands. Beyond the technical care, Samuel was exceptionally flexible and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire experience completely stress free. Throughout his time with her, the updates and photos Samuel sent meant the world to us. It was clear from every picture just how loved, comfortable, and pampered Sofi was. Samuel treated our dog-ter with the deep affection and gentle kindness that every senior dog deserves. What touched us most of all was watching Samuel say goodbye to Sofi at the end of her stay. Seeing him make a point to give her one last heartfelt hug before leaving was so moving and meant a lot, and showed his deep care for our pup. That level of genuine heart and care is rare, and we cannot recommend Samuel highly enough!
Mayra was very lovely to work with and was SUPER flexible and accommodating. I was kind of a pain in the butt given all my schedule changes 😂. But she was more than happy to accommodate with watching Kira. Took a load of stress off knowing my pup was in good hands and i didnt have to worry. She also provided tons of pictures and kept me up to date on how she was doing. Definitely recommend her to anyone!
She took good care of Minnie while I was away for over a week. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues during her stay. Communication was fine overall, although I would have appreciated more regular updates and photos without having to ask. Overall, she was reliable and I would consider using her again.
Katherine was amazing! We got to set up a meeting beforehand and she was very open to everything and responsive! Our dog, Lena, is a very shy girl around new people, but she warmed up to Katherine super quick! We got plenty of pictures/updates during the stay and will definitely be going back!
