Thank you for looking after our dogs! Ling and Ye sent lots of photos of our two midsize labradoodles on walks and getting cuddles during their stay. And they came home calm and relaxed afterwards - a sign that they were happy while during their stay. Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. We appreciate Ling and Ye's kindness towards our dogs!
What an awesome guy! Took time to get to know Tully before we even went away. He drove to the city to meet her. Then when we went away it was stress free because she was collected at our house and whisked away safely! Communication was amazing, and the continuous updates with both photos and texts was very reassuring. Would book again! Tully even made some new dog friends!
This was at least the 4th time (I lost count) Melissa has taken care of our beloved attention seeking, affectionate, squirrel chasing beautiful dog. Melissa is kind and thoughtful. She proactively offered extra days when our flight was cancelled due to snow! She takes extraordinarily good care of our dog. I canât praise her enough!
Cristina was absolutely incredible with our three-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, and we couldnât have asked for a better caregiver. From the start, she communicated frequently and thoughtfully, sending regular updates, pictures, and messages that gave us total peace of mind. Our puppy had been dealing with some GI issues, and Cristina was meticulous about feeding her the specific food and sticking closely to our routines. Drop-off was seamless because she already had so many puppy-friendly setups at her home, including a crate. Most of all, it was clear how much she genuinely loved and cared for our pupâshe erred on the side of caution anytime our puppy seemed even slightly off, which meant the world to us. We would trust Cristina with our dog again in a heartbeat and recommend her without hesitation.
We appreciated that Laurel was able to arrange a "meet and greet" in advance so we could see how our dogs would get along with hers. The meeting went great and we felt comfortable leaving our two dogs with her for a 5 day stay. The enclosed back yard is a big plus and her yellow lab is a friendly and fun companion for our dogs as well. The stay went without incident and Laurel communicated with us in real time to let us know how the stay was going. We would not hesitate to recommend her and plan to bring our dogs back again.
