Ashley was an excellent sitter! This was our first experience using Rover and leaving our dog with a new person. It went incredibly well. Ashley was super communicative and answered our questions before we even asked. She was flexible with timing for the meet and greet and for drop off and pickup. We loved the photos and the frequent updates! It was wonderful knowing our dog was being well taken care of (and getting lots of play time in the backyard) while we were away. He also needs medicine and can sometimes be difficult with taking it, but Ashley had no problems. Glad to have another option for dog care when we travel! Highly recommend Victoria! She is amazing! She took wonderful care of Duke, meticulously following all of his dietary needs and daily routines. She sent regular updates and photos where Duke was visibly happy and having the best time. I’m so grateful to have found her. I will definitely take Duke back to her.
Samichya was so communicative and accommodating. We were able to do a meet and greet before watching my little pup. And there was check-in and communication even prior to the day to make sure that all information was provided. While I was away, I received text messages and videos on a daily basis. It was a right amount of check-in. It really made me happy to know that my dog was being taken care of. They understood how much he means to me and it showed through the questions and the general interest on how to take care of him while I was gone. I would highly recommend. They were also very accommodating when my flight was going to be very late. They were still willing to allow me to come pick him up pretty late into the evening even though we were able to avoid that. I still appreciated the willingness to accommodate. I will definitely be rebooking.
