I booked an overnight stay with Guillermo to see if they’d be a good fit, and it went perfectly. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable. Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. She gave me a few kisses and then settled on the couch like she was at home. I really appreciated Guillermo’s care, communication, and the calm, friendly atmosphere he created. Chi took absolutely amazing care of my fur baby. She took him on walks, to the dog park and played with him in her home. Winston is still a puppy so he has a lot of energy. Chi kept him entertained by playing with him and throwing his favorite toy around so he could fetch it. If you need an awesome, attentive caregiver Chi is your person.
I can't say enough good things about Yesika. We needed someone on short notice and she stepped up to help us out. Dealing with her was an absolute delight and you could tell that she treated my dog very well. Her set up is amazing and she's a real professional. Will absolutely use her again.
Fernanda took perfect care of my Gracie (dog). Gracie had the best time, stuck to her normal routine, and was incredibly loved and cared for. Fernanda had her overnight for 4 nights/5 days and right away I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Before the stay, she was eager and open to wanting all information about Gracie, in efforts to make Gracie’s transition and stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. During the stay, she was excellent with communication, and providing picture and video updates during walks, play time, feeding, cuddles, etc. She even took the time to teach and master the command “paw” with Gracie!!! I would hands down recommend Fernanda to anyone needing someone to watch their fur baby, super easy choice!!!! 100/10
This is my third time with Linda! I went for a longer trip this time, and my dog was in excellent hands, She sends updates and fotos, and is a great communicator, which helps so much when travelling. From scheduling, to drop off to pick up, I highly recommend her!
