“Guillermo did a fantastic job with my dog, Kiara. She gets nervous around new people, so it’s always tough for me to leave her. I booked an overnight stay with Guillermo to see if they’d be a good fit, and it went perfectly. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable. Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. She gave me a few kisses and then settled on the couch like she was at home. I really appreciated Guillermo’s care, communication, and the calm, friendly atmosphere he created. “This is a sad review to write only because it will be Charlie’s last stay with Ilya for a while since we are moving away from Cambridge. For the last year, Ilya has been rock solid reliable as a sitter for Charlie, always responding in minutes and always accommodating for last minute stays and changing work plans and cancelled flights. Charlie sees the bag come out and gets so excited that he’s going to visit Ilya and his rotating group of pups. During the stay I get frequent updates and the cutest photos. He comes home happy and calm from a fun stay playing with friendly dogs and frequent walks. I would highly recommend Ilya and only wish we were staying in Cambridge longer so Charlie could keep up his visits!!”

Ivis was absolutely wonderful to deal with. First, she was quickly responsive and so easy to communicate with. Second, she sent very cute photos, which I appreciated. But mostly, when my flight home got canceled last minute, she helped me tremendously by being flexible and keeping Biscuit one more night. I have no words for how much I appreciated it - one less thing to stress about as I redid my travel plans!!
We had such a wonderful experience with Fernanda! Willow was instantly comfortable and clearly had the best time. We got frequent updates throughout her stay, and it was so sweet to see how much attention and care she was getting. They played games with her, taught her new tricks, and really went above and beyond to keep her happy and entertained. Their daughter was also incredibly sweet with Willow, which made the whole experience even more special. We felt completely at ease knowing Willow was in such loving hands and would absolutely book with them again.

I really appreciated Kavita and Saunak watching Rovie for the long weekend while I was traveling! They sent frequent picture and video updates and their dogs seemed to get along great with Rovie. I felt very comfortable having him stay with them and would certainly book again for the future.
