Travis was so tired when we picked her up after getting a long walk during the day. Leaving your dog with people you don’t know always seems hard, but Caity made it feel easy. Ilya feels like an extension of our dog-care-family. He is informative and caring about our dog's needs. He boards other dogs so our dog gets socialized. Our dog is always so happy to see Ilya when we drop her off. Ilya is also flexible, as we are busy professionals. Kat and Matthew were so excellent with my dog. Last minute, I was able to book with them after another sitter cancelled on me a few days before I left for a vacation. They worked with me to figure out all the details last minute, and I’m so grateful. Then, after flights were delayed, and I couldn’t make it back to town in time, they graciously offered to keep my dog one additional night. They also sent me daily updates with tons of pictures and videos, which I also really appreciated. This last minute booking turned out to be the perfect fit.
