Overall it was an OK experience. Ivis was very nice and friendly. My puppy is only 14 weeks old so can be a handful. She was flexible on drop off / pick up times. I boarded him for a for about 5 days. However, there are a few things that I did not like at all: lack of updates, she was fast to respond but it was always like we love your puppy, etc. would be nice to have some proactive communication with photos, my puppy came home so hungry! He is usually not food motivated at all but came back and could not stop eating, I wondered if he was fed on schedule. It’s similar to the other review that’s posted. When he came home he threw up twice (before even eating). I don’t know if it’s the stress or something else. He has not thrown up before. He came back knowing how to bark! He did not bark before leaving. That one is not fully on Ivis, because maybe he is just growing and learning. Anyways decent but not the best experience. I don’t think I will board my puppy with her again.

I would not rebook with this sitter and would not recommend her to other pet owners. A few things during my pet's weeklong stay don't quite add up, but the pickup was unprofessional and concerning. We confirmed a 10:30am pickup the previous day. I messaged before leaving home, sent a message when I arrived on time, followed up multiple times, and called repeatedly. No pickup. No response. For 30 minutes. Rover support couldn't reach her either. During drop-off, her daughter handled everything. We had spoken on the phone days before, but I never met Ivis, and I didn’t know which apartment in the complex was hers. At 11am, I asked a neighbor which unit she was in. When I knocked, I heard multiple dogs inside. She previously said she had no pets and only accepts one dog at a time — was I lied to intentionally or was it a scheduling mixup? She would later say it was “because the dogs are brothers.” The dogs were shushed and moved elsewhere, then her daughter opened the door, acted surprised, and said she'd bring my dog down. I took my dog and left. Her daughter seems nice and I thank her for taking care of my dog. I’m glad my dog is fine, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Nova and aurea loved staying with Ivis! She did really well with my hyper young dog.
