“I cannot say enough nice things about Olivia! She was instantly responsive when I first reached out about the booking and very accommodating in the lead-up to Maisy's stay. Once I dropped her off, Olivia sent us multiple updates and photos throughout each day Maisy was with her. But the biggest compliment I want to pay was for how she looked after Maisy when she got sick toward the end of the visit. Olivia had to put up with so much: accidents, getting up with Maisy several times each night and even taking her to urgent care. Throughout this distressing ordeal, Olivia was so responsible, communicative and understanding; we took huge comfort in knowing Maisy was in good hands while we were so far away. While I wouldn't wish another experience like that on her, know that Olivia is great in a crisis and a lifesaver to anxious dog parents. Highly recommended!”

“**Read this if considering booking with Carlotta... On a routine visit to MGH my husband was admitted. As Murphy's Law dictates: What can go wrong.... the car died 2 days in and I had the dog with me. After a few days I msg'd some Rovers explaining our situation and asking if they had availability. Within MINUTES Carlotta replied: ABSOLUTELY! What can I do to help? At times like this those are some the kindest words you can hear. I had been so nervous dropping Pookie off not even having spoken but after that exchange I knew he would be just fine. When I did drop him off, I had to apologize. My little friend looked like a rag-a-muffiin. He had very obviously spent an inordinate amount of time in a hospital garage. It just wasn't an issue. Carlotta thought nothing of washing him, brushing him out and returning him smelling like the swetest birthday cake. Our pups feel so much that we do, a visit like this was just what Pookie needed. Carlotta sent several pics during Pookies time with her and it was CLEAR he was more than comfortable in her care. If you are a first time Rover or have a nervous friend Carlotta is the pupsitter for you. Her kindness this crazy week was soo appreciated by us. She will 100% be our go-to Rover in Boston. Bagel absolutely loves spending time with Alyssa. I rarely get him back so well exercised and happy. She takes great care of him and seems to really make him feel at home. Regular updates keep me in the loop to what they are up to and I can fully focus on what's going on during my travel without having to worry about his well being.
They were very attentive and responsive from the very first contact, which immediately made me feel more at ease — especially since my dog can be quite anxious. They did everything they could to accommodate Lia and also my concerns, which meant a lot. The whole family is very kind and they treated Lia with so much care! They also sent photos and updates throughout the day, which made me feel even more comfortable. When we picked her up, she was very calm, and she came home just as relaxed and happy — which says a lot about how well she was cared for. I would definitely leave Lia with them again 💛
Kevin and Eva are great with Puck and keep us updated with photos while we’re away! Puck was SO excited to see them when we dropped him off which told us all we need to know that he loves his time with them. He came back healthy and super tired. He slept for 15 hours straight last night. Thank you for taking such good care of him!
