About: I have had a pet dog for eleven years and have pet-sat for various people over the past 5 years. I also graduated from Eckerd college with a degree in animal studies, and have taken several classes related to animal welfare and behavior. About: I like to take care of dogs and I have been doing it for my own 6.5yr old dog and sometimes my friends dogs. My pup is friendly but it always helps to introduce him to other dog before an overnight stay. I work full time and would like to hang with pups more than humans 😂. Jalina was exceptional in the lead up to the stay; after a 30min video call to get to know each other and review the space (and the pup), we sent over a reference document in advance with specifics, which she reviewed promptly (and had questions on). We had an hour-long visit a few days in advance, split between going for a walk and going over the fiddly house items, which was great. On the day of departure, she arrived promptly, got settled in, and we went to the airport. We got daily updates on the dog, and Ceci seemed to have a lovely time with her, in her own space and her own routine; Jalina made sure she was very well cared for! Due to a delayed flight, we didn’t have any crossover of us getting back and her leaving, but we coordinated via messaging (super prompt) and we came back to our space just as we left it. Based on this stay with us, we’d recommend Jalina to anyone!
