After a long 10 vacation with some twists and turns, Traci was always communicative, accommodating and highly professional, not to mention just a lovely person. Levi was AMAZING! We were so lucky she had availability when we booked last minute. Our cat, Nicholas, had a sudden and unexpected medical issue and Shawn acted immediately, driving him to our local vet to be stabilized and then to the emergency vet hospital for treatment. We cannot thank her enough for the love and care which she gave him. She also took great care of Harry, our dog; and he too would like to thank her.
