About: Like most reasonable people, I’ve loved animals my whole life. I spent many Saturdays as a young adult just hanging out and volunteering at the animal shelter because it made me so happy. I think what sets me apart from other sitters is that I’m very patient, self-aware, and I’m not easily grossed out. I’ve sat still for hours waiting for an animal to trust me enough to approach me. I make sure to read their bodies before extending my hand, and I am conscientious of making noise because I want them to be comfortable. I don’t have a weak stomach when it comes to shedding, drool, or accidents. I am a substitute teacher for elementary schools in the area and I work when I can, but there are many days when there are no listings available, or that I’m working partial days. I’m generally pretty free. I will follow the direction and guidelines of the pet owner to keep the animal safe. I am a cautious person and would not let somebody else’s pet outside without a harness or secure fence unless otherwise directed.

About: Hello! I love animals so so very much and would never let harm befall them. I get "They're never this good around strangers!" a lot as well. He also mindfully asked about and honored my communication and check-in preferences to ensure I didn't worry about Scout while juggling some busy days. I could tell Scout had a great time with Kurt given how relaxed and happy she was upon pick-up and a little sad to say goodbye to her new friend! I highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for a dog sitter and will definitely be using his services again on my next trip away!
Paige took amazing care of our dog and two cats while we were away for 10 days. She sent us regular updates and pictures and worked with our fussy cat to get him to eat his wet food! We felt completely comfortable and so grateful to be able to relax and enjoy our trip, knowing our pets were in such good hands!
Chloe was an incredible caregiver for my pup! She took care of her in the midst of a heatwave and as my pup is still potty training. Chloe gave detailed updates, filled with pictures and videos. Sher was an excellent caregiver to our dog, who is very clingy and needs a lot of attention. She stayed with her almost continuously while we were gone, took her on very frequent walks and they became fast friends! Sher was also a great house sitter while caring for our dog, caring for our plants and keeping our place safe and clean.
