About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, especially dogs. I grew up with a family dog for 15 years and was always surrounded by dogs through friends and extended family, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I have hands on experience with daily care, potty training, and understanding dog behavior, and I’m confident handling everything from high energy pups to more relaxed, older dogs. While my background is primarily with dogs, I bring that same attentiveness, patience, and reliability to caring for cats, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own space. Pet care fits well into my daily routine. I work a standard eight hour day, so pets would have some alone time during work hours. Before and after work, I make sure they get plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and care. I also have roommates who can help with a midday check in or let pets out if needed, which helps break up the day. I’m very mindful of keeping pets comfortable, sticking to their routines, and making sure they feel cared for even on a work schedule. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I adjust my approach based on the environment. In my own home, I make sure the space is clean, pet safe, and free of anything they could get into. I keep a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime so pets feel settled and comfortable. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and any specific preferences. I make sure pets stay in secure areas, keep doors and gates closed, and maintain a calm, familiar environment. I also pay close attention to behavior and energy levels to make sure each pet feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for.

About: As much as I love playing with puppies I have a fondness for senior dogs. I have spent more time caring for senior dogs and enjoy being around them. I worked nights and was always available for vet appointments. My dog Nicholas went to aquatherapy often and my Pug did acupuncture. I have cared for dogs needing meds, diaper changes, extra lifts, & short walks that required a long time. I often had dogs that needed fresh or homemade food and lots of treats & love. Being retired I am often home working on projects. I also am fortunate to have friends all over the country. I go to their homes and care for their pets while they vacation. I currently have no pets. I live 50ft to the paths along the Charles River. It is a great place to walk dogs. We come upon small wildlife, other dogs and lots of joggers. Some dogs still get excited need some training and treats. I have spent hours out there sitting with pets.

About: I am a registered nurse with a lifelong love of animals. I have always had pets since I was a little girl. I worked at an animal hospital throughout high school and college, I gained a lot of pet care experience there. I also worked on a farm growing up where I took care of horses, cats and dogs! I know how important it is to trust someone with your animals, as I have 2 kitties I care for very much! I am confident in handling all types of pet personalities and needs. I currently work 3 days per week not on a set schedule. I have 4 days off per week which is why I would love to do dog walking/sitting on those off days! I live in a dog friendly neighborhood in Watertown, MA. I love to walk around Fresh Pond, I also live near several dog parks! I can’t wait to meet your pup :)

I work from home and am available for walks most days of the week, with flexible timing. I can dog sit week days and weekends with proper notice. I prefer to stay in my clients homes where the dog is most comfortable, offering a gentle transition to your absence! I do offer stays at my home, however the dog must be house trained but I have great walking areas around me and a small backyard.
