We cannot recommend Suzete highly enough! She was absolutely incredible with our cat, Clyde, and went above and beyond in every possible way. She cleaned his litter box and water fountain, brushed him, played with him, brought him toys, and consistently stayed longer than the time we had scheduled. She also sent us wonderful pictures and updates, which made us feel completely at ease while we were away. The best testament to how wonderful she was with Clyde was how calm and content he was when we got home. It was honestly as if we had never left. It was so clear that he had been incredibly well cared for and had gotten a ton of attention and affection. Suzete is kind, thoughtful, reliable, and truly exceptional at what she does. Helena took fantastic care of my cat Liuliu. She kept me posted on the feeding schedule, shared what she noticed about my cat and apartment, and asked extremely thoughtful questions. Liuliu had a hard time adjusting to staying with friends during my leave, but Helena's steady, gentle presence helped her settle right back in. It brought me great comfort to see how well Liuliu was doing with Helena around, and I loved all the pictures and videos she shared along the way.
