I believe that treating animals with love and care is incredibly important and is something I value when caring for pets. Respecting their boundaries and letting them tell you what they need is also a priority when I care for pets. My goal is to take care of your pets as you care for them when you are home since they are part of your family :) I find it best when I have a list of what your pet requires and any preferences they may have (playtime, how many treats they can have, feeding schedules, favorite toys, etc.). During drop-in visits for cats, I will ensure food and water are available and the litter box is properly cleaned. Play time is also always needed! Likewise for dogs, but with the addition of a walk! If your pet is tolerant to grooming, I'm happy to give them a good brushing or even a nail trim but only if they're comfortable with it.

Let me know ahead of time if your pet has any special needs/takes any medications/behavioral issues or has specific triggers - I’m more than happy to accommodate, but just need to know ahead of time to make sure I can provide the best care possible!
A typical day
I love taking dogs out on adventures, playing, and going on long walks but I also love giving them lots of love in their own home. I have my own senior cat and enjoy cuddling with her but also have so much fun playing and engaging with all types of cats from kittens to senior cats.

Pet care experience
I’ve pet sat and fostered all types of dogs since I was in high school, including many aggressive dogs, and I currently have a cat of my own. I have experience working with all sorts of personalities, from shy to energetic to aggressive. I also have experience with puppies and senior dogs.
