About: I am a lifelong animal lover who has grown up around both cats and dogs. I promise to care for your fur baby as if they were my own. I am in between jobs at the moment so my schedule is wide open. As I pick up other part time work my schedule should maintain a lot of flexibility. Whenever I check in on a pet in their home I always take care to follow client’s directions and respect their space. I try to always leave things as I found them (or better in case I find a mess).

About: I have experience caring for dogs through both my family and my workplace. My parents have a Maltese, and I regularly enjoy taking him on walks, playing with him, and giving him treats. At my workplace, we have a Teddy Bear dog named Lola. I sometimes take her outside for potty breaks and walks, give her lots of pets and attention, and reward her with a dental chew after our walks. I also enjoy teaching simple commands such as “sit” and “shake,” and I’m attentive to dogs’ body language and cues so I can better understand when they want to play, need some space, or simply want some affection. I really enjoy spending time with dogs and would be happy to give your pet the same patience, care, and attention I give to the dogs in my life. I work a full-time 9–5 job with a consistent schedule, so I’m available for home visits in the mornings and evenings. On weekends, I can make multiple visits throughout the day. For the right pet, I’m also open to long-term boarding arrangements. I’m happy to help with scheduled meals, fresh water, dog walks, brushing, playtime, and plenty of company. If your pet needs extra care, I can also help with medication and, when needed, take them to the vet. My husband and I live in a clean and cozy 1-bedroom apartment. I like to make the apartment clean, so the space is always tidy and well maintained, making it a comfortable environment for pets to stay. There’s also a dog park right downstairs, so your pup can easily get some outdoor time and play. I’m also happy to do drop-in visits for cats and keep them company in the comfort of their own home.

About: While I am new to rover, I am definitely not new with pets! I’ve taken care of my dog at home since I was 11. he was a small Pomeranian with alopecia so I am familiar what it takes to take care of smaller dogs. I have always loved cats as well and have taken care of cats for families and friends and moving to Boston I recently adopted a cat of my own, which has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made. About: I have had two golden retrievers throughout my lifetime. My first dog named Buddie was with me throughout my childhood, up until a few months after I graduated from college. She fought cancer that had spread to her lungs and required daily medications and extra love. She also had severe arthritis in her joints, and it was important for her to stay active, but also stay comfortable. So I was responsible with taking care of her until she won her fight. My current dog is a sweet goldendoodle that was rehomed to my family at the age of four. She has a completely different personality than my previous dog, and I truly believe that she sent her to us to bring extra joy and love into our lives. She gives endless kisses and requires a lot more attention when she’s outside. She is a bird connoisseur and tries to chase anything that has wings. In order to keep her a little bit more tame, I trained her to ignore all flying objects by using a vibrating collar. Now she is the best behaved and sweetest furball you would ever meet. I am a full-time law student. So my schedule is pretty predictable but busy! I am free before 9 am and after 5pm Monday- Thursday and available all day Friday-Sunday. I have one cat and she can be placed inside of my room in my apartment if needed. However, that would not be for too long, definitely not overnight.
