She was super patient with my shy kitten, who was getting over an upset tummy at the time. She gave him the probiotics as instructed and managed to get pictures even when he hid under the bed, and by day three he had warmed up to her! I provide lots of love and care for any animal I am around, can also help with other animals in the house, if need be. I was put at ease immediately upon meeting Serena because my shy boy Fitzgerald came out within a few minutes to give her hugs and was clearly comfortable with her right away. This only ever happens with him rarely and with true cat people! She also took great care of our sweet box turtle, and was willing to take on the chore of feeding her live mealworms which proves her dedication to animals 😅 Serena helped us out in a big way and replied quickly to fill in at the last minute and was willing to be flexible about when to meet up in the last couple of days before our trip.
