They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here. We are beyond grateful and will 100% be using them again.”
