My 1.5 year old dog Obi LOVES going to boarding at Giana’s. We’ve had 2 weekend stays with her so far and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. Both times Giana responded quickly to last minute requests - she was very accommodating to my schedule. I was really skeptical of using rover - we just moved back to Boston and had not yet found a good option for overnight stays for our dog and were in a bind so decided to try it out. I’m really glad we went with Giana. I was drawn to her by her profile and especially with her outdoor space. My dog loves to play so he has a blast there. What I love the most is all the updates.
