“Alex was amazing! Our friend couldn't take our 14yo poodle over the weekend due to a previous commitment, we had a conference to attend and time was running out. I found Rover.com and thought we'd see what it was all about. Thankfully the stars aligned and Alex's profile popped up as being close by and he was available. We scheduled a call to talk about Lucky. It was important to us to find the right fit for our 14 yo rescue. Once I read through Alex's reviews and talked to him, I knew he was definitely the perfect fit for us and Lucky. We set a visit so they could meet prior to our trip and Lucky immediately felt comfortable with Alex. Alex sent updates several times a day and a video of Lucky playing and going for a walk. He knew it was really me that was the nervous one ☺. Lucky had the time of his life, made a new friend and we definitely have Alex on speed dial now. Being able to find someone your dog immediately feels comfortable with takes a weight off your shoulders and knowing they're in good hands and having fun allowed us to attend our conference without worry. Hyesun and bob both provided us updates throughout the day and even created a nice photo album for us to view at the end of the trip. Since we moved to the area, we have been nervous about finding someone to watch our dog and I can say that I feel more than comfortable leaving my dog with them as I know he is in great hands!
