“Kristin was amazing with our dog Hickory. She is an older rescue dog with some anxiety in new situations with new people and they were so attentive to her needs and made her feel right at home. I'm pretty sure Hickory would have preferred to stay with them than come home. She had so much fun walking and playing. Their house is very comfortable and has a backyard. They live near a rail trail and the beach, both great for doggie exercising and good sniffing! Note: I’ve also cared for pregnant dogs and newborn puppies before, as well as ill dogs who need medicine various times a day. I work remotely a couple days a week, especially Fridays. I’m happy to take your pet for the weekend and provide a happy place for them while you are busy! I can also care for pets in the evenings after work. My space is quiet since I don’t have small children or other pets. I try to be as respectful of your pets boundaries as possible and always keep my and your space clean. You won’t come home to sand all over or stinky bags of poop, I promise.
About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up around cats, which has given me a strong understanding of their behavior and needs. About: I've been caring for animals since I was 9 years old, starting with my grandma's exotic birds and later expanding to bearded dragons, geckos, cats, and my first dog, Max, a Jack Russell Terrier who passed away at 14. About: I have always had my own dogs and cats throughout my life. I now find myself without a pet and really miss my own pups! Also, I have been working with a Service Dog Trainer in order to train those hard-working dogs! I am currently working on my training certification full time but since my schedule is flexible, I can meet the time needs of your pet. They live near a rail trail and the beach, both great for doggie exercising and good sniffing! Many great references. Friendly, female dogs only, please. I make my own hours, so I can be home for your dog to take care of her every need. I am crazy about dogs, and my own dog, Annie, gets along well with other friendly dogs. I have a fenced-in yard, which dogs love to go out into. I can let them out any time, for as long as they want to sit outside in the sun, or come inside into the cool air conditioning on hot days.
