Experienced puppy raiser
I used to be a service dog puppy raiser, so I have experience working with puppies on their house behaviors, potty training, basic obedience and socialization skills. There are plenty of outdoor space in my neighborhood. The beach is just 3 minutes away from my place, so I can also take your pup for a walk alongside the beach! I can also provide grooming/ shower services if needed!

Yan is THE BEST dog sitter! She was attentive to our dog’s needs and asked lots of thoughtful questions during our meet-and-greet. My dog was a bit nervous about boarding, but I could tell he adjusted quickly—Yan took him for long walks and even brought him to the beach. She also sent tons of pictures every day, which really eased my worries. On top of all that, Yan is a great communicator and such a kind person! We’re so lucky to have found her and will definitely hire her again for our future needs. Thank you, Yan!
Second time we had Ellie boarded with Yan. Ellie walked off with Yan without looking back at us (lol), showing how comfortable she was with Yan. Yan took the time to take Ellie to the beach side and Ellie had a ton of fun during her stay!
My pup had a great stay with Yan, she is very communicative and responsive, she will update with daily pictures. Would recommend 100% to other pet owners :)

Yan did incredibly with Otto! He can be a very nervous dog and she went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy while respecting his boundaries. I would definitely recommend Yan.
Yan and Edith were great with Ellie! She instantly seemed comfortable with them, and walked off loose leash when we dropped her off. We were traveling internationally and Yan put us at ease, sending pictures and updates of Ellie daily. We got a little cute polaroid as well. On top of all that there's a dog park and a lot of well maintained green space at their place. Ellie had a ton of fun! Would definitely recommend and re-book with Yan.

Schedule
My schedule is fairly flexible during the week. I am usually free all day on Friday and over the weekends. Appointments only during other weekdays!

Caring for pets is something I truly love—it brings me joy, and I take it seriously! My goal is always the same: to keep them safe, happy, and feeling completely loved. In my home, your pet will enjoy a clean, cozy, and pet-friendly space where they’re treated like family. I provide lots of playtime, affection, and personalized attention based on your pet’s unique needs. Whether they’re full of energy and love to run around or prefer quiet cuddles and naps, I make sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I also provide daily updates, including photos and videos, so you never have to wonder how they’re doing!
A typical day
I offer daily dog walks, fun and structured play sessions, and lots of affection and downtime when they need to recharge. For more active pups, we’ll head to the local dog park for socialization and exercise—or stay in and play an enthusiastic game of fetch in the yard or hallway! I’m also a big believer in mental stimulation, so I’ll often include puzzle toys, treat games, or basic obedience refreshers for a little extra challenge.
