About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs for most of my life. I raised, trained, and took care of 2 very different dogs of my own starting 7 years ago. One of them is a rescue with his own specific needs and quirks so I am experienced with reactive and nervous dogs. I also have cared for many other people’s dogs. My husband and I were quite anxious at first because this was our first time being away for such a long trip, and we were worried that our cat might have trouble adjusting or feel stressed. However, Haowen and Yi took such great care of him and gave us so much peace of mind. They always checked in on time, followed all of our instructions carefully, and helped our cat maintain his daily routine as much as possible while we were away. They were also very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever anything came up, which we really appreciated! On top of that, they took so many adorable photos and videos of our cat during each visit, which made us feel much more connected to him during our trip. Overall, we are extremely happy that our cat was so well cared for and that he got along so well with both of them. Xianxin was amazing! She cared for our two cats while we were away for 14 days abroad. She went above and beyond, making sure our kitties weren’t just cared for with food, water, and litter boxes but she spent time playing with them and giving them attention, too. My cats really adore her! The daily photos also helped us feel better being away from them, it was something we looked forward to. She was super responsive to messages. She took care of all the essentials perfectly, including keeping a close eye on the automated litter box to ensure it was running smoothly. What really set her apart was the extra care she gave—she took the time to properly groom him and made sure he got plenty of active playtime. To top it all off, her post-visit updates were fantastic; she left highly detailed descriptions after every single visit, which gave me total peace of mind.
