About: I’ve had animals of all kind my entire life, from guinea pigs to pugs to rescue mixes, and everything in between. I’ve worked as a professional dog walker caring for up to 8 dogs at a time. I take great pride in treating all of the animals like my own! My goal is to work in pet care full time! I’m available Monday through Friday, any time between 8am and 5pm. I am also available on weekends if communicated in advance. I tailor my care to each pets individual routine to maintain consistency and minimize their stress. I am comfortable greeting dogs who have free rein of their home or dogs who are crated during the day. I would love to take your pet for walks, to play in a nearby park or yard, or just stop in for potty and snack breaks - whatever they need!
“Annaliese did an amazing job. She’s very easy to work with, very easy to communicate with, and took great care of my kittens! She also took care to follow the details of the instructions I sent her, which I really appreciated.”

“Melissa did some drop ins on our cats over Christmas week and it was a huge relief knowing we didn’t have to worry about them while we were gone. She cleaned the litter boxes, fed both of them, and gave one their daily medication. I would definitely book her again! Thank you Melissa!”

About: Just here to take that worry off your plate completely and replace it with real peace of mind. This is incredibly personal to me because I’ve always believed pets are family. What sets me apart from other pet sitters is the lifetime of hands-on experience I’ve had with animals and the calm, attentive care I provide. I grew up surrounded by cats and dogs and have continued to be around them ever since, so being around animals feels very natural to me. When caring for pets for friends and family, I’ve often watched multiple animals at once, usually two or three dogs along with a few cats, so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m experienced with everyday pet care tasks such as walking, playtime, bathroom breaks, feeding schedules, and administering medications when needed. I also make it a priority to give each pet attention and care tailored to their individual needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I currently work full time, so I’m typically available for pet care in the afternoons and evenings during the week, as well as on weekends. Depending on the location, I may also be available for visits during my lunch break on weekdays. I’m happy to work with owners to find times that fit their pet’s routine and make sure they receive consistent, reliable care. Unfortunately I currently live in an apartment that doesn’t allow pets, but I have a cat who lives with my parents, so I’m very familiar with daily pet care and routines. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the owner’s instructions closely. I make sure to stick to the pet’s usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also treat every home with respect, keeping things clean, secure, and making sure pets feel comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Elizabeth, Was amazing as always. I ended up getting tickets to an event a hour before and reached out to Elizabeth and she went and took care of my girls. Thanks so much!!”

“We’ve used Liz for our 7 month old puppy for about a month now and she’s been absolutely amazing! Liz has been incredibly flexible with our schedule, even doing a last-minute meet and greet before getting started and accommodating last-minute requests when our schedule changes. She takes such great care of our puppy and always sends thoughtful updates about how his day went, which we really appreciate. Our puppy Bogey absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her every visit! It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. We highly recommend her!! Thanks for all that you do Liz!!”

“Linzi is a true professional and an amazing sitter! She gave great reports and pictures each day that were both informative and assuring. We didn’t feel concerned at all while we were gone, and that was mostly because of her. Also, our cat Milo was the calmest he has ever been when we arrived home, which means”
About: What sets me apart is my patience, reliability, and real experience caring for animals of my own. I have hands-on experience with my bunny and with my first dog, a leash-reactive beagle named Roger, which has taught me calm handling, awareness, and consistency, especially as a pre-vet student currently taking biology and chemistry. During the week, I prioritize my classes and coursework first, then make time to walk and care for Roger, a dog I regularly walk on campus. I’m also committed to my rowing schedule, which keeps me structured and reliable with my time. On weekends when I’m home, I’m available for additional walks and pet care. This routine helps me stay consistent, responsible, and dependable with animals. For dog walking, I always follow the owner’s instructions exactly and prioritize safety at all times. I double-check leashes, harnesses, and collars before every walk, avoid unsafe areas or distractions, and stay alert to my surroundings. I make sure dogs have water before and after walks and return them calmly and securely to their home. Even though I’m new to professional dog walking, I’m very dependable, attentive, and always communicate clearly with owners.
“Amanda is fantastic! She was so attentive and caring for my 2 kitties while I was out of town. She’s very responsive, sent lots of pics and I can tell she truly cares about their well being. Def recommend & I will book her again in the future! Thanks Amanda!”

“Jennifer has been a great sitter for our elderly kitty! She’s very communicative throughout our time away, observant about anything that might be out of the ordinary for our senior kitty and sends great pictures and updates. We will continue to use Jennifer for future travel!”

“Ana has done a great job watching our Dallas every time! We were able to completely put our trust in her when we went out of town for a 4 day long trip. It is nice to know he is in good hands when she sends photos of them playing and is always punctual! I would highly recommend her!”

“Cat did a fantastic job with our 3 cats. Since this was our first time using Rover, Cat addressed all of our questions, and took special care in her communications with us. . Due to a medical condition, one cat needed 3 different pills twice a day. While initially meeting with Cat, we saw our cats have positive interactions with her, leaving us with a good feeling. Cat kept to our strict medicine and feeding schedule, checking in every time with personal updates on each cat and sending plenty of pictures. She cleaned up the litter box, as well as a random puking incident, even asking how to clean fabrics. We can't thank her enough for making our first Rover experience an incredibly positive one. We'd definitely recommend her to friends and family, as well as using her again ourselves.”

“Natalie did a great job taking care of my cat while I was away. She was well cared for. Communication with Natalie was excellent in setting up the visits and during when any potential issues came up.”

“Mia was very punctual and followed our directions to a T! She made sure to call me when my cat wasn’t taking his pill right away which I appreciated and she gave me comfort that my cats were taken care of. Thanks so much Mia!”

“Carol checked on my cat twice a day while I was away for a week. She was wonderful! She gave him the attention he needed and kept me updated with pictures and details of his day. Carol is reliable and attentive!”

About: I love all types of dogs! I have been around dogs my whole life! My family and I rescued my pit bull mix From the animal shelter and named him Tucker 3 years ago. He is such a great dog. I love running around with him in my backyard and taking care of him! I also used to watch my aunts dogs for her all the time throughout my life! I used to go to her house and let them out after school. I also used to dog sit for her when she went on vacation. A lot of my friends and family have dogs that I am around all the time as well! I have been around all sizes of dogs such as terriers, labs, pit bulls, golden doodles, shih tzu’s and many more! I am currently working full-time so I am available after 3pm but with the summer coming up I am working part-time so I will be available in the early mornings and late afternoons. I have a dog of my own who I have taken care of for 5 years now. I will provide your dog with a long walk and the proper care and love they need.
“Best. Catsitter. Ever!! Alexandra did a exceptional job looking after my two kitties while I was visiting family for the holidays. This was my first time leaving them behind so I was nervous, but I was quickly put at ease by Alexandra’s adorable pictures and hilarious recaps of the visits. The kitties warmed right up to her, probably because she was so generous with the playtime, treats, and love. She is dependable and reliable — she always showed up on time, stayed for the duration of the visit, and sent me plenty of updates. I came back to a tidy home and two happy cats. If you’re an anxious cat mom like me, Alexandra is the catsitter for you! 10/10!! ❤️”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Winthrop
Annaliese was such a great sitter to work with! She was very attentive to all of our animals and extremely communicative with us. She took such great care of our animals when we were gone and was patient with our shy/nervous cat and took the time to adapt and learn how to make our cats experience with the sitter visits better over the 3 days that Annaliese sat for us. We really appreciated her calm nature and willingness to get to know our pets and their needs. We will absolutely be reaching out again for future pet sitting needs!

Mia was great! She showed up every day right around the time we agreed on, was super consistent with communication, and sent tons of pictures which were much appreciated while I was away. She spent time with all three of my cats and made sure they had everything they needed, and she was careful with the specific things I asked her to keep an eye on. I felt comfortable having her take care of them and will definitely book with her again

Can definitely recommend Diana for cat sitting! She was patient, gentle, and attentive with my cat, and took the time to let her warm up at her own pace. I felt very comfortable knowing my cat was in good hands while I was away. Would happily book with her again!

I’ve trusted Monica more than once, and she is truly a wonderful pet sitter. She treats both your home and your pets as if they were her own, with so much care and love. It's such a comfort knowing everything is in great hands while you're away. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

Adrian took excellent care of my two girls, Eva and Gretta, for 8 consecutive days. We did a brief meet ans greet before the booking and went through the daily tasks. He was very attentive and respectful. I was able to enjoy my vacations knowing my girls were under Adrian’s care. Recommended and I would personally book again with Adrian. :-)

Ana has done a great job watching our Dallas every time! We were able to completely put our trust in her when we went out of town for a 4 day long trip. It is nice to know he is in good hands when she sends photos of them playing and is always punctual! I would highly recommend her!

Melis is an amazing pet sitter! She is always so communicative and provides updates every time she visits. My pet is so comfortable with her and it gives me such peace of mind knowing he is well taken care of, I always come home to a happy pet! Cannot recommend Melis enough, I’ve had her pet sit for me multiple times and will continue to ask her to watch my pet! Thank you!

Jing is incredibly responsible and genuinely goes above and beyond. It is so hard to find someone who truly understands cats, but she is a natural. She took care of all the essentials perfectly, including keeping a close eye on the automated litter box to ensure it was running smoothly. What really set her apart was the extra care she gave—she took the time to properly groom him and made sure he got plenty of active playtime. To top it all off, her post-visit updates were fantastic; she left highly detailed descriptions after every single visit, which gave me total peace of mind. I trust her completely and cannot recommend her enough!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
