I’ve been working in the pet care industry for over 8 years, with experience in both dog and cat care. I’ve spent time in grooming salons and doggy daycares, where I developed strong skills in handling pets of all temperaments and sizes. My training began at Essex Tech, where I learned how to groom dogs and gained a foundation in basic obedience training. Over the years, I’ve been trusted by many pet owners to care for their beloved animals—whether it’s grooming, feeding, walking, administering medications, or just spending quality time with them. I’m confident in my ability to care for both dogs and cats with patience, compassion, and attention to detail, and I take pride in creating a safe and loving environment for every pet I look after.

Mia was great! She showed up every day right around the time we agreed on, was super consistent with communication, and sent tons of pictures which were much appreciated while I was away. She spent time with all three of my cats and made sure they had everything they needed, and she was careful with the specific things I asked her to keep an eye on. I felt comfortable having her take care of them and will definitely book with her again

Mia took care of our dog Sonya while we were on vacation for a week. She has a small apartment, so Sonya was always near her when she was at home. Mia was sending daily updates with photos, and was answering all the questions. I recommend Mia to anyone who is looking for help with their pets!
Mia was very punctual and followed our directions to a T! She made sure to call me when my cat wasn’t taking his pill right away which I appreciated and she gave me comfort that my cats were taken care of. Thanks so much Mia!

Every animal in my care receives the attention, love, and support they need—whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. I always strive to do what’s best for the dog, their owner, and myself, making sure everyone feels comfortable, respected, and at ease in every situation.
A typical day
I’m happy to do whatever the owner feels is best for their dog. Whether it’s long walks, hikes, trips to the park, or anything in between—I’m always up for it and excited to give your pup the care and activity they need.

- To ensure both your dog’s safety and mine, I’d love to know as much as possible about them—things like temperament, energy level, exercise needs, allergies, and any unique quirks or behaviors. The more I know, the better I can care for them, especially if we’ll be spending time together regularly.
