Because I am not balancing pet care with another job, I am available to accommodate a wide range of client needs, including daytime walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and last-minute requests when possible. Trin was absolutely wonderful with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Zero! From our first meet & greet, she was kind, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. While we were away, she sent us regular updates and lots of photos, which meant so much to us. Zero looked happy, relaxed, and comfortable the entire time. When we got home, he was calm, content, and clearly very well cared for. She also took great care of our home, followed all of our instructions, and communicated with us throughout the stay. Ian's dog sitting was excellent. He is really knowledgeable on dog behavior, and he's highly personable. My dog, Sully, loved him right away. Ian followed all my instructions and kept me updated as I requested. He also gave Sully lots of love, attention, and companionship-- ultimately going above and beyond regular dog sitting duties. He is my sitter again anytime for Sully in the future.
River was able to come and watch our dog for just the evening on semi short notice after he was recovering from surgery. As always she was prompt, communicative and dependable!
