About: I grew up taking care of our cats & dogs & gerbils. I have been dog walking and pet sitting in Maine for the last few years. I’ve seen cats, dogs (pugs up to mastiffs and everything between), rabbits, bearded dragons, and watched over a couple small farms. There isn’t an animal i would turn away. Do you have a nosy hound that needs to sniff around? A cat that needs some care while you are out of town? Small animals that need treats and food? Im your lady. I try to get a few walks in every day. I would love for that to be with your furry friends whether you need help in the morning (I’ll have coffee for me treats and treats for the pups) or lunch or evening.g I will make best friends with any animal that has to spend some time away from its family. Doesn't matter if it is an afternoon walk or weekend away I can guarantee your furry friend and I will have happy adventures or snuggling depending on their mood. Maybe even both! We will go on walks, hikes and the occasional swim depending on the weather. Perhaps we will play a little tug of war and ball if that’s what they are into.

He confirmed the dates quickly and even made time to meet our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks for two walks before the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. However, I must say that my dogs, who have separation anxiety, took to Sasha like no other dog sitter we have had! The communication and engagement throughout her stay was excellent. I was apprehensive about leaving my 14+ year old corgi for a week and a half and have been avoiding traveling anywhere I can’t take her for the past couple years. I was so glad to find Lilia and she did a fantastic job. In our meet and greet, she asked many insightful and detailed questions about caring for Lexi, took detailed notes, and Lexi took to her very quickly. As Lexi is senior and has a few quirks, I would only have been comfortable leaving her with someone very experienced and capable in caring for animals, and that was clear from our initial meeting. Lexi had a FANTASTIC time while I was gone. I received daily updates with photos of Lexi on adventures and clearly having a great time. Lilia was also careful to ask me about anything that seemed out of the ordinary in Lexi’s behavior - mostly senior dog quirks I had forgotten to mention but it was reassuring that I certainly would have heard about anything more serious. Lilia was also extremely courteous when it came to my apartment. I am so grateful to Lilia for the excellent care she took of Lexi, allowing me to really travel for the first time in years. My only concern while traveling was that Lexi looked like she was having so much fun that she would be disappointed about me returning home! I will have to find another excuse to travel soon so Lexi can spend more time with her new friend.
