Dennis was wonderful! He was attentive to my cat, Maho, and communicative with me, too, because when you go away and put your animal in somebody else’s care, you definitely want to know they are taken care of. My cat really liked him. I would definitely hire Dennis again. Dennis did an excellent job. He has a warm personality, too. Don’t be dissuaded by his profile picture (which I suggested he change) because it’s not doing him justice. He’s a good guy.
I absolutely could not recommend Emma more!! She was so wonderful with our both of our cats, and took the time to get to know their different personalities and treat/play preferences (and even patiently played fetch with our youngest cat over and over and over!). She was able to handle any issues that arose (e.g. litter robot errors) during our trip without trouble. And she always wrote the BEST check-in updates and took photos of our cats that are genuinely worth framing. We will 100% not hesitate to book with her again!
