“This is my second time using Galina's services to care for my furry kids, and because of his exceptional work, I will continue booking her for any further caring needs for my cats. She came on time, served their food, checked on them, ensured they were well, cleaned their litter box on each visit, and provided one of my cats with his medicine the day he needed it. My furry kids are older, so they are not very playful, but they like the treats Galina provides them; she made sure the cat TV is on for the girl who loves to play mouse catch with the TV. I appreciate Galina's work and highly recommend her for your furry kids' care when needed.”

“Chanel was excellent. From professional and prompt communications when we first began communicating about caring for my house/cats/gecko to the in-home stay, she provided the best service. I loved that she wrote the day day before the service to re-confirm and ensure all the instructions I had given initially were the same. Throughout the service she provided updates and pictures. Also, she was very patient waiting for a confirmation from me during the period between our first communication and when we were able to find a mutual time to meet. Finally, she was professional as I mentioned, but what I found even more valuable was that she was herself. We joked a bit about the cats and gecko, etc. I think it is these genuine moments of interaction that make you feel particularly trustworthy of the person that is caring for your loved ones. “Tanya was awesome. My cats needed twice daily visits as one gets insulin shots. Tanya gave her the shots with ease and my cats clearly loved her. They came to her for scratches and pets and greeted her upon arrival. Most importantly, though, her Rover cards for each visit were amazing. Lots of details as to what happened when she was there and tons of pics. We had some pretty specific instructions that she followed perfectly. Tanya clearly loves cats and they love her. She's also incredibly responsive. We'll be booking her for any future needs and highly recommend her services.”

“I have asked Erika to take care of my dog, Toby, on many occasions. Whether it is for a day or a whole week she is always willing to help out. I never have to worry about Toby not getting fed or getting enough exercise because she treats him like he is her own. Toby is a very high energy dog and I usually worry that he will misbehave when with new people. This has not been a problem with Erika, her past experience working with dogs allows her to control Toby without having to use aggression. Erika is the only dog sitter I have found that is able to make my dog feel safe and comfortable while my family is away, I will defiantly turn to her again the the future.”
