Winita was incredibly polite and professional, asking plenty of questions during our meet and greet to make sure she could take the best care of Pasha during our trip. She sent plenty of pictures and videos during her visits, and we could clearly see that Pasha was safe with her, and having plenty of fun. This was our first time using Rover to find care for Pasha while we were away, and we have absolutely zero regrets.
10/10!! Julia went above and beyond for our kitties. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Our landlord asked to access the apartment while we were away for emergency maintenance, and she was a giant help getting the kitties safe and out of his way. She even coordinated multiple key handoffs to neighbors and myself. Julia is incredibly kind and responsible and we'd definitely use her again!
Cidra was so sweet with my boys. She handled everything we asked for, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Over the past few weeks with Cidra caring for them, our cats have grown more and more comfortable with her. You can really tell they are genuinely happy every time she comes by!
Matilde was so great, my favorite sitter I've had on Rover so far, and she really made me feel like my cat was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make my cat feel minimal disruptions to my absence, and was so sweet about sending pictures and updating me on my cat's behaviors. Nicole was wonderful! We left our cats in her care for over two weeks, and she couldn't have been more thoughtful, responsive, and conscientious. One of our cats had some medical issues right before our trip, so I was especially nervous about leaving them, but she immediately put us at ease. She was incredible attentive and patient, especially when it came to giving them treats/meds, and was very communicative throughout the entire trip, which we really appreciated. On top of that, she handled everything that came up (hairballs, a litter robot hiccup, and the general chaos of four cats) without any issues and kept things running smoothly. It made such a huge difference knowing they were in such capable hands. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and would absolutely book her again! Highly recommend :)
Nathan went above and beyond to care for our kitties while we were gone! He was also flexible when we had to extend our Rover booking a bit longer. We got detailed reports every day on how the cats were doing. Leo is a real pro! I lost count how many times I have left my rather skittish and temperamental kitty in Leo's care and every time I am away I know things at home are going well - Leo plays with Giacometti, sends me updates with fun details and lots of pictures, keeps the apartment clean, and is extremely communicative and always on time. By now Leo knows exactly what my cat wants and needs, including opening the windows when it is warm outside to allow Giacometti observe the birds! Could not think of a better and more responsible cat sitter out there!
