“Zijia has been gentle and kind with our two cats. They can be skittish but Zijia has taken good care of them and they warmed up quickly. Zijia has been very communicative and responsive as well, and has helped to keep our litter robot working properly while we’re away. Our cats have asthma so I like to feel like the sitter can handle medications and emergencies, and even though we didn’t have any emergencies I felt very confident Zijia could handle it if we did.”

This was our first time using Rover, and we weren’t sure what to expect since our adopted cat Java was under-socialized as a kitten and can be pretty skittish. Aiden exceeded our expectations. She was communicative, punctual, and clearly patient, taking the time to let Java warm up to her rather than rushing things. The photo updates were a nice touch too. Hannah took excellent care of Scotch. She followed all instructions and if I had to reach for a single criticism it would be that now my cat expects me to be more generous with her treats. Hannah even went the extra step and asked if I wanted her to vacuum up the litter that my cat tends to kick out of the box.
Murat is a wonderful sitter. We’ve had him drop in on our senior cat with asthma a few times and he’s highly communicative, asks detailed questions to make sure her care is on point and goes above and beyond to make sure she’s eating, getting her meds etc when she gets a little fussy. We’ll continue to hire him whenever we can!
Michael took on our last minute request for a >1 week booking, was flexible to accomodate our schedule for the meet and greet, and frequently visited for much longer than we booked him for. And most of all, he took excellent care of our cat Loki. Would definitely book again :)
