She alerted me to an unusually warm apartment (78F in March) and followed my instructions to leave the window open at the next visit without issue. Meg was a fantastic with our two older cats who require a little extra in their age, and they both warmed up to her immediately. She easily took on daily meds for one who can be difficult and gave lots of attention overall to both cats. She was very responsive and sent great updates so I didn't worry at all.
