About: I’ve been doing drop-in visits for friends and family’s pets since I was 15. Never had a pet myself due to my parents’ allergies, so I love giving extra love and attention to other peoples’ furry friends. When I was a junior in high school I even built a local dog park for my Girl Scout Gold Award project, just to help local dogs have more fun letting out their energy. I’m happy to attend to your animals specific wants, like a snuggly or energetic pet, or one of those pets that has a little hidey hole to check in on. My work schedule is hybrid, so I can easily care for your pet while working. I’m always working from home Mondays and Fridays, and I can take on any other day of the week as well, as long as I have a few days notice. I’m happy to meet with your pet ahead of time to let them get to know me while you’re home. I’m used to building trust slowly over time with animals.

About: I have experience with a variety of dog breeds and am looking for a way to fill the dog-shaped void in my life while I am in graduate school. I love to be outside as often as possible and am extremely active. I am currently working from home, allowing me to give your pet as much time, attention, and care throughout the day- just like they deserve. I make sure to take walks at least once a day and ensure dogs get the exercise they need. Whether they want lots of attention or just a bit of company, I’m happy to provide whatever makes them feel comfortable and cared for.

About: I absolutely love dogs! I’ve had large dogs all my life, have pet-sat for many friends and neighbors, and have fostered 15+ rescue dogs for Last Hope K9 Rescue. I am also a dog training enthusiast, and have been training my Australian Shepherd for obedience and agility for the past 6 years. I recently interned with a local veterinarian, handling all sorts of pets including dogs, cats, and rabbits. I live right near the Middlesex Fells Reservation, and love bringing canine friends along on Fells adventures! I am home all day all summer, with lots of time on my hands to play with pups, take them on hikes, and give them all the attention they deserve! I am 18, and I live with my parents and sister (16). I have a fully fenced yard. It is accessible to the neighbors' two friendly dogs who often come over to play, but the yard can be closed off as necessary. I have a 6 year old Australian Shepherd who loves other dogs, but he usually keeps to himself when they stay over.

About: I’m so excited to start meeting new pups. Although I've never had a dog of my own, I’ve always been surrounded by dogs whether that be family or friends. I love taking dogs on walks and getting to know their personalities. I enjoy giving treats for tricks and love giving all the puppy love. I’m currently in college online so doing this will help a lot with my student loans!! It’s summer so I have lots of free time but even come the fall I’m doing school online which also gives me lots of down time. I live by a park that was just rebuilt and it has an amazing walking trail and a dog park. I am great with handling dogs and love to give treats for tricks!

About: I adore all animals. I have a very friendly one year old Devon Rex cat named Nardo who stays with me and my partner at our apartment, and my first kitty was a calico rescue named Tilly who I took care of with my Dad since I was 8 years old. I'm currently in school for marine biology! I live very close to multiple vets, er vets, and pet stores so if there's the unlikely emergency I am able to get wherever I need to go quickly. I'm currently working part time at a bank, three to four days a week. On my days off, I typically spend the majority of the day at home either baking, doing crafts, or playing with my cat. In the evenings, I do not typically have plans and tend to stay inside more often than not. I live in a two bedroom apartment and it's me, my partner, and our cat Nardo. Nardo is very friendly and great with other cats. Whether I'm in my home or yours, I'm more than happy to follow specific care instructions or requests. I know each animal has its own quirks so I'd be glad to follow along in the ways that make them comfortable.

About: My name is Jhonatan (but you can call me Jay) and I would love to take care of your best furrriend. I’m a 31 years old Brazilian folk that works with art so I have plenty of free time on my daily basis. I was raised with 4 dogs in Brazil, but unfortunately don’t own one. I have more than 10 years of experience in dog walking, pet sitting and pet boarding. I’m a makeup artist that has a side job as freelancer for selling makeup products but trying to work with pets more after a year of not doing so. I used to dog walk and pet sit by myself but stopped after some health issues (I’m healed now) and I’m trying to do only on Rover. I’ve signed up a few years back and did only one sitting but deleted the app. I know CPR and First Aid for pets so your best friend would be safe in my hands (if any natural incident ever comes to happen). I have experience with bigger (such as Great Dane) and smaller dogs (chihuahua), with elderly and puppies (as well as how to better train their behavior), with aggressive and non aggressive dogs, I’ve split fights before and also know some how to teach your dog to behave and walk better outside with other dogs. I used to work for a dog trainer and have learned some things that could help them. I’m currently working part time free lance for makeup brands and make my own schedule so I’d have plenty of time to spend with your furrriend. If I’m pet sitting I usually would make my schedule in a way that I’d have time to walk the dog a few hours a day, twice or 3 times a day and sleep with them. If dog walking I’d walk them for 30min, if allowed I’d love to bring them to a leashed hike if nearby. I always try to keep myself calm because from all years working with dogs it shows that they feed off people’s energy, I practice yoga and meditation so that way it helps to keep them calm and relaxed. In your home I’d feed and give them water, have them exercise so they spend their energy and they can have a nice sleep. On walks I give them water breaks if too hot and always watch for their behavior.
