“It was a pleasure working with Zwany and Leandro. They were very considerate and professional. They asked all the right questions before watching Jane. Jane enjoyed her stay. She took to them and their dog straight away. Jane is a bit standoffish sometimes. We got regular updates and pictures. Very nice people. I would feel very comfortable having them watch Jane in the future.”

“Kerrin and Chris were amazing with our dog Lizzie—she had an absolute blast staying with them. They sent daily pictures, which gave us total peace of mind, and it was clear she was being cared for like part of their own family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“Elliot is an excellent caregiver to our dog Lainey. She has a good mix of fun activities and downtime during her stays. Elliot provides daily photo and video updates of Lainey that are sweet reminders of our girl. Can’t recommend Elliot enough!”

“Our dog Sherman had a great time with Tyler and Caroline! We recently moved to Boston and of course were nervous about finding the right care for our dog for a trip and all our nerves went away after meeting them. You can tell they absolutely love dogs and our dog had a blast! Will absolutely be rebooking”

“The most amazing pictures of my puppy I have seen. Rachel is without doubt an amazing dog parent and most likely a puppy whisperer ( I have never seen my 1 year old monster more calmer). Thank you for helping out. Will be the first choice for dog sitting for me”

“Ivis was a wonderful sitter. She was happy to come pick Hugo up and drop him off and was very flexible with her times and communicative about when she would be arriving. One Hugo was with her we got regular updates and a Hugo had a great time. Highly recommended!”

“Jamie was great taking care of Maya, she sent me multiple updates throughout the week and made sure Maya was comfortable and happy!! I would definitely recommend her and will use again in the future!!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Victoria and Antonio’s superb care for my senior dog, Rocky. I could tell my little guy was well adjusted to being with them after a week’s stay. I always get nervous leaving him but it makes a world of difference knowing that he’s in good, loving hands. Victoria sent regular photo updates and she had no problem managing Rocky’s daily meds. Thank you again, Victoria and Antonio!”
“Ellis had a short stay with Emily and Daniel but will definitely be back! They sent great pics and updates and were flexible when our plans shifted slightly. Their dog seemed super sweet too and it looks like the pups got along well!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog owner with hands-on experience caring for a wide range of breeds, from energetic puppies to quirky seniors. I work from home, so I’m able to offer tons of attention, exercise, and consistency throughout the day. Having lived with everything from labs to Pyrenees mixes, I understand the importance of meeting each dog’s unique needs, whether that’s structured walks, gentle senior care, or patient socialization for shy pups. I’m comfortable with big dogs and independent personalities, and my own experience training puppies and supporting older dogs means your pup is in caring, knowledgeable hands. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for a variety of breeds—including puppies and seniors—and my work-from-home flexibility means dogs get real companionship and attention all day. I understand big, independent, and quirky personalities, and I prioritize individualized care, from puppy training to gentle support for older dogs. I take the time to get to know every dog, building trust through patience, routine, and play. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life, not an afterthought. Since I work from home, I’m able to integrate walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day—whether it’s a morning stroll, afternoon games in the park, or relaxed evenings together. My routine is flexible, so dogs always get outside for fresh air and exercise and receive plenty of attention between my work sessions. On weekends, I love exploring new neighborhoods, local parks, or heading to the beach—always bringing dogs along for new adventures. Whether it’s active pups needing stimulation or seniors who prefer a calm presence, I adapt my days to make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and part of my everyday world. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and integrated into my daily routine—regular walks to nearby parks or the beach, supervised playtime, and cozy rest spots throughout my home. I keep to each dog’s familiar schedule as much as possible, including feeding times, exercise, and any training or medication routines. In a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, making sure pets feel secure in their own environment. I follow all instructions closely, from special diet needs to unique quirks or favorite toys, and keep in touch with updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and cared for. Most importantly, I treat every dog like they’re my own—with patience, structure, and genuine affection—whether they’re here for a day, a weekend, or longer.
“Super responsive and communicative! It was my first time boarding Koi with a Rover sitter and Linda was very reassuring and bonded very quickly with Koi. I'd board Koi with her again! The only downside is that Koi came home smelling a little bit of cigarette smoke, but Koi did stay with Linda for a whole week and I know Linda only smokes outdoors.”

“Yan was very responsive and provided constant updates with photos and videos! She also gave my dog a bath! Would absolutely recommend Yan to anyone looking for a dog sitter in the area!”

About: I’ve been caring for family pets for over 10 years and have developed a deep understanding of the attention, patience, and love that animals need. I’m comfortable handling pets with different energy levels and temperaments, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being. Whether we’re on a walk, playing in the yard, or hanging out indoors.
“Ana Paula was a fantastic sitter with Ranger! Given his diabetes caring for him can be a little extra work but she handled it great. She was attentive and sent us lots of pictures and kept us in the loop with all his insulin doses and meals. We hope to book Ana Paula in the future as well!”

“John did an amazing job watching my dog LD! He took care of her for 9 nights 10 days while we were on vacation. He provided daily updates and I never worried or wondered what she was up to. My dog has separation anxiety and blues and John dealt with it by adjusting to what she was comfortable with regarding feeding schedule and going outside. He is a very trustworthy dog sitter. Thank you again John!”

“Peyton took great care of my puppy, Luna while I was away for the weekend. She was very reliable and attentive and I could tell Luna was very happy and content to be in her care. She sent lots of photos and updates which I really appreciated, and I’d definitely recommend Peyton to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

“Jess was amazing with Coco! Made me feel super comfortable before dropping her off, was accommodating to Coco’s nuances, and provided updates throughout her stay! Coco took to Jess and her family immediately, and loved playing with the other dogs! Highly recommend :)”

“What an amazing experience. My first time using Rover and Haowen exceeded all expectations. Haowen's apartment was neat and clean, and has many pet friendly amenities at his complex. His communication is superb and responses are very prompt (usually within mere minutes). All throughout the stay, he kept me posted with lots of photos. My dog was definitely well taken care of. Will definitely book again.”

“Linzi took great care of my cat while I was away! She was super fast and friendly with communication and flexible with my plans. I knew right away from our meet and greet that she will be my go-to for all future bookings. She sent descriptive rover cards and lots of pictures. I highly recommend. Thank you Linzi :)”

“Amanda is fantastic! She was so attentive and caring for my 2 kitties while I was out of town. She’s very responsive, sent lots of pics and I can tell she truly cares about their well being. Def recommend & I will book her again in the future! Thanks Amanda!”

“I appreciate Elizabeth’s help with drop-in visits while I was away. Communication was always prompt, and she made sure to stay for at least an hour at each visit which I value a lot. My cats were safe and well-fed, and it was clear the basics were taken care of. Thanks again for all the help these past few days, Elizabeth!!”

“Best. Catsitter. Ever!! Alexandra did a exceptional job looking after my two kitties while I was visiting family for the holidays. This was my first time leaving them behind so I was nervous, but I was quickly put at ease by Alexandra’s adorable pictures and hilarious recaps of the visits. The kitties warmed right up to her, probably because she was so generous with the playtime, treats, and love. She is dependable and reliable — she always showed up on time, stayed for the duration of the visit, and sent me plenty of updates. I came back to a tidy home and two happy cats. If you’re an anxious cat mom like me, Alexandra is the catsitter for you! 10/10!! ❤️”

“Elizabeth is quite honestly the best cat sitter we have ever used. We have a senior cat who is deaf. Elizabeth made sure to show her extra love and attention on her visits, with pets and brushing. She also let us know when she noticed anything unusual (like extra scratching or acting a little off). Our cat sometimes throws up, and Elizabeth did a great job following our instructions to deal with that. In fact, she did an amazing job taking down all of our instructions at our meet and greet, and asked great questions to make sure she knew exactly what our cat needed. She really went above and beyond!”

About: I am a dedicated cat owner and have experience caring for cats while their owners are away. I have helped care for my friends’ cats by feeding them, cleaning litter boxes, providing playtime, and making sure they were comfortable and well cared for. “We had Sergio look after Nabaut, and honestly, he was fantastic. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and Nabaut absolutely loved him. If you’re looking for someone reliable and super kind, he’s your guy. Big thumbs up!”
About: My partner (Henry) and I love to watch dogs together! We have been surrounded by dogs our whole lives, from small picky eaters to large dogs that can run for miles. Growing up around dogs, we know that they are all different and respond to new people differently, but we have had positive experiences in taking care of family’s, neighbors’, and friends’ dogs in the past and have a ton of energy to do so. We love spending time outside and with dogs and have dog-sat before, including experiences wherein we did not stay in the owners’ home, but visited frequently to walk and feed their dog, and we have dog sat in our own home, so we are comfortable with adapting our services to any of your needs. We both have hybrid work situations, so one of us is always working from home at any given time and are used to being flexible with a pet’s schedule. We take care of pets like they are our own, in the past when we have boarded dogs in our home we have adapted to what the pet is and is not allowed to do (ie sleeping in the bedroom or not etc.)

“Kassandra was AMAZING. From our first meeting, she was responsive, professional and deeply caring for animals. She made sure that she communicated daily pictures and updates on our cats and made sure that they were loved and taken care of. Not once I had to worry about my cats during my trip, and felt confident that they were with very capable hands.”

About: Simply put, I cherish dogs. They're pure-hearted creatures who deserve all the love and care in the world. I grew up with dogs (Gold Retriever, Shih Tzu's and Beagle) for majority of my life so I'm adept, cautious and careful when they're under my care. In one of my profile pictures, which was taken many years ago when I was younger, you’ll see me with my Shih Tzu. I care deeply. I've walked and watched over a wide range of different breeds. Whether it's walking, house sitting or engaging with them in a fun & social setting. I believe I possess a strong mindset that enables my ability to care for these animals. I take this type of job very seriously because of the responsibility at hand. Dogs are such loving animals who look at their owner as their whole entire world. It's extremely satisfying to know the difference one individual can make. I truly cherish that.

“Jing is incredibly responsible and genuinely goes above and beyond. It is so hard to find someone who truly understands cats, but she is a natural. She took care of all the essentials perfectly, including keeping a close eye on the automated litter box to ensure it was running smoothly. What really set her apart was the extra care she gave—she took the time to properly groom him and made sure he got plenty of active playtime. To top it all off, her post-visit updates were fantastic; she left highly detailed descriptions after every single visit, which gave me total peace of mind. I trust her completely and cannot recommend her enough!”

“Mia was very punctual and followed our directions to a T! She made sure to call me when my cat wasn’t taking his pill right away which I appreciated and she gave me comfort that my cats were taken care of. Thanks so much Mia!”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I've had dogs in my family home, and 11 years ago we adopted a 7 week old puppy. We then adopted a kitten and completed our little family. I am often the go-to pet sitter for all of my friends and family and have experience sitting puppies, kittens, older dogs, and older cats! I promise your pets will be very loved during their stay and I will send pictures and videos everyday to make you comfortable while you’re away. I work from home so I have a very open schedule. We have an 11-year-old boxer mix who relies on me for walks and love every day! In our home, the animals are prioritized. We have a fenced-in backyard and are across the street from a large park. Dogs and cats are allowed in the bed and on the furniture, and our spacious house offers plenty of room to play!

About: I’ve had dogs in my home for the past 21 years, namely an array of bully breeds both large and small. When I moved abroad in 2023, my English bulldog moved in with my family and I’ve been eager to welcome all of my friends’ dogs into my life and home ever since. I’m often dog-sitting for friends across New England and thought now is as good of a time as any to offer the same support to others! I’m a full-time remote employee with a spacious apartment that happens to have an enclosed deck and located across the street from a sprawling park with dedicated dog areas! I’m a typical millennial woman who is always willing to lend my time and space to some sweet pups. My apartment is dog friendly i.e., they’re welcome in all rooms, on the furniture, and to enjoy the fenced in deck on nice days. I love long walks and therefore long walk companions and maintain a quiet and calm home life.
“Radka is an amazing dog sitter and she takes great care of my needy wiener dogs. My dogs are always thrilled to be back and would kiss her goodbye! Radka also communicates well and gives detailed updates that are very helpful.”

“Tiffany and Steve were awesome! They were incredibly communicative and patient with us as we navigated getting our first dog and starting daycare for the first time. Their attention to detail and care for each pup they watch is so nice to see, our Bear is usually quite shy but warmed up to them so quickly! We look forward to working with them again. :)”

“Jhona was a great host - kind, responsive and patient with noodle, my 2-year old Maltese. Noodle is anxious, and takes time to open up and adjust but Jhona was able to handle him without any issues. Regular updates and pictures were shared with me, and I highly recommend Jhona to anyone in need of a sitter :)”
“Maddy took great care of my pup! My scampi loves to snuggle and Maddy was very kind and let her Velcro all throughout the day. She’s extremely communicative and sends tons of pictures throughout the day which makes me feel week assured scampi is in great hands!!”

“Brendan was amazing with my dog, Birdie! This was Birdie’s very first time at doggy daycare, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for her. Brendan was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating from the start—he immediately put both me and Birdie at ease. He was so communicative throughout the day, sending updates and photos that made me feel totally comfortable and reassured. It’s always hard leaving your pup with someone new, but Brendan made it easy. I felt like Birdie was in such loving, capable hands. Highly recommend!”

About: Hello:) I am a stay at home mom who loves dogs and walking! As my husband and I reside in Winthrop, this is a side gig that I absolutely love doing ! I grew up with dogs myself and have dog sat for many families. I’ve taken care of all types of dogs including puppies, seniors, and special needs dogs. I love being active throughout the day so if you need a walker, I would be happy to help out! My other services include overnight pet sitting at your home and drop in visits. I am a reliable, caring, and responsible person who understands the importance of taking care of someone's beloved pet. I have experience working with a myriad of personalities, from very shy to very energetic. I also have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I am committed to excellence in pet sitting! Your pet will be in very good hands. If you think this is a good fit, please reach out :) * be advised, I can not accept bookings with pets who are aggressive in any way/ not friendly with kids* I’m currently working full time (~35 hrs/week) but I try to be as flexible as I can! Please reach out regardless and I’ll try my best to make it work! My husband and I typically dog sit together (if clients are comfortable with this) and between the two of us, we can provide around the clock care! Who wants to put their dog in a dog hotel where they don’t even walk your dog?? When I take care of dogs, I make sure they are walked at least two times a day (pending physical ability) and get plenty of play time. If your dog loves to walk, this will be a great fit! I also am comfortable hanging out with pets in their homes and /or feeding them if needed while you are away. Dogs in my care will be well taken care of and get plenty of scratches and love :)
“Emily and Robert took such great care of my dog Jack, they are very responsible and attentive to his needs and special diet.. he also made a new friend with there cute little dog while walking all around the seaport”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I truly understand how much they mean to us. My dog Richard was my best friend, and being apart from him during the war in Ukraine was heartbreaking, so I know what it feels like to worry about a pet you love. That’s why I treat every dog I care for with real attention, patience, and kindness, like they’re family. I’m now settled in Boston, focused on university and pet care, and someone is almost always home because my classes are mostly remote and my husband works from home full time. We also have a sweet Havanese named Millie who enjoys friendly dog visitors. I’ve cared for puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, including giving oral or injected medications, following special diets, and helping shy or anxious pups feel safe and relaxed. My goal is simple: while you’re away, your dog feels loved, comfortable, and fully at home. Right now my days are a simple mix of studying, family life, and dogs, and since most of my classes are remote I’m home a lot. My husband also works from home, so there are usually two people around for walks, playtime, and keeping an eye on things. We naturally plan the day around the dogs’ rhythm with a morning walk and breakfast, potty breaks and little check-ins during the day, some playtime, and an evening walk to finish the day calmly. On busier study days, pups usually relax close by while I work, then we take outside breaks for fresh air and sniffing. Because this routine is already part of our life, your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches and will get lots of company, attention, and a cozy home vibe throughout the day. At home I try to make every dog feel like they truly belong with us, not like a guest we’re “watching.” I follow your instructions closely for meals, treats, commands, and any house rules you have, and I keep their routine as close as possible to what they know so they feel safe and relaxed. We live in an apartment in East Boston with my husband and our dog Millie, and we’re surrounded by great walking paths and dog parks, so pups still get plenty of fresh air and time to explore during our normal outings. Inside, they can rest on a cozy bed or hang out near us on the couch if that’s okay with you, and there’s always someone around to keep them company. I also love sending photos, short videos, and little updates during the stay, so you can see your dog’s happy face and feel calm while you’re away.
About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and having my own dog since I was 12 made them a big part of my life growing up. Being away from home for college means I really miss my dog, which is one of the reasons I enjoy dog-sitting so much, it lets me spend time caring for and bonding with dogs while giving them the attention they deserve. Over the past three years in Boston, I’ve regularly dog-sat for friends and families who trust me because I’m dependable, attentive, and focused on maintaining each dog’s routine and comfort. I’m currently a senior in college with classes mainly in the mornings, so I’m home and available for most of the day. This schedule allows me to prioritize pet care, stick to routines, and provide consistent supervision and attention. When dogs stay with me, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by following their usual schedule as closely as possible. Dogs are never left alone for more than four hours, and I send daily updates and photos so owners feel reassured while they’re away. My apartment also has a dog park amenity, which makes potty breaks and outdoor time easy, safe, and convenient
“Ana was really great with our very anxious 13 year old pug-daschund mix, Honey. We have never left honey with a sitter before and the first time couldn't have been better. Ana managed honeys anxiety issues with utmost care and professionalism. Will definitely look forward to utlizing her services in the future.”

“Y Tran has taken care of Kiko many times, and I always feel completely at peace leaving him with her. She truly loves Kiko, and it shows in the way she cares for him. She constantly sends me tons of pictures and updates, which makes me feel very reassured and connected while I’m away. She takes Kiko on many walks, gives him lots of attention, and he always looks so happy with her. What I appreciate most is that she does everything with genuine love and care, and it’s very noticeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive for their pet.”

“Maryna and John are so wonderful! They asked all the right questions when getting to know my nervous dog on his first day, and took such good care of him. Ollie will be so happy to visit them again. Thank you!!”
About: Hi! I’m Anna! I work from home in a cozy 1-bedroom apartment, and I share my space with my cat. While I don’t have a yard, I live right next to a beautiful park. I typically go on two long walks a day (about 2 hours total), so your pup will always get plenty of exercise and fresh air. I’ve owned dogs my whole life and have experience with all types: puppies, seniors, big breeds, shy pups, and the extra-energetic ones! I used Rover back in college while living in Tampa, FL, and absolutely loved it. I just recently got back on the platform and couldn’t be more excited to start caring for pups again. What sets me apart? I’m extra with all my pets in the best way. I focus on making sure every animal is happy, comfortable, and fully spoiled with love. That means lots of cuddle, treats (if allowed!), and walks. I’m flexible, responsive, and genuinely passionate about giving pets the absolute best care. If you're looking for a true animal lover who will treat your pet like family, you’re in the right place! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I already take two long walks every day (about 2 hours total), so adding a pup to my routine is easy and honestly, way more fun! In My Home: I create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet who stays with me. I live in a cozy but clean 1-bedroom apartment that’s pet-friendly and great for lounging, playtime, and relaxing. I also have a curious cat who’s used to meeting new animals. Since I live right next to a beautiful park/North end waterfront pier, pets get daily walks and potty breaks. I follow each pet’s routine closely: feeding times, treat preferences, sleep habits, and any special instructions. Because I work from home, pets get tons of attention, enrichment, and companionship throughout the day. In Clients’ Homes: When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with respect and your pet with the same love and care I’d give my own. I'll stick to your routine/instructions: meals, medications (if needed), walk times, and favorite activities. I keep the home tidy, follow all instructions, and make sure your pet feels safe and relaxed. You’ll also get regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. No matter where the care happens, your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life, but my true passion for pet care grew when I adopted Yuki(Yorkshire Terrier) six years ago. I take this type of job very seriously because of the responsibility at hand. Dogs are such loving animals who look at their owner as their whole entire world. It's extremely satisfying to know the difference one individual can make. I truly cherish that.

I have a pet loving child who wants to be a vet and occasionally we have some family stay with us.

I don't have a doggo of my own so while you pup is with me they'd have my undivided attention.
About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, all with different personalities, so I’m very comfortable adapting to each dog’s unique needs. I’m experienced with feeding routines, walks, playtime, and giving dogs the attention and patience they need to feel safe and happy. In addition, my neighbors have trusted me to board and care for their dogs while they’re away, so I understand how important it is to provide reliable, attentive care and keep pets comfortable in a home environment. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine! I work a 9–5, but I’m remote on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, feeding, and spending quality time with your dog throughout the day. Even on my busier days, I can adjust my schedule as needed, and I’m able to work from a client’s home if that helps keep your pet comfortable. I always make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need, no matter the day. I try my best to keep their normal schedules that the pups are used to! If your dog stays with me, they’ll get plenty of attention, walks, and opportunities to get outside. I love going for walks so so we can explore the neighborhood or go to a nearby park for them to get fresh air and playtime. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I stick closely to their usual routine to keep them comfortable. If you have a fenced yard, I’m happy to spend time playing with them and using their favorite toys. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, I make sure they get lots of love, exercise, and attention so they feel safe and happy.

“Jamie was great taking care of Maya, she sent me multiple updates throughout the week and made sure Maya was comfortable and happy!! I would definitely recommend her and will use again in the future!!”

“Ellis had a short stay with Emily and Daniel but will definitely be back! They sent great pics and updates and were flexible when our plans shifted slightly. Their dog seemed super sweet too and it looks like the pups got along well!”

“Christina was amazing! I booked last minute and she was eager to take care of Beru for the weekend. She sent lots of photo updates. Beru has some quirks and Christina was more than capable and happy to accommodate Beru’s personality. Would 100% book with her again!”

“I can’t say enough about the care Bailey received while we were away. I never for a second doubted he was having a great time and being taken in as a member of this family. Thank you so much!!”

“Sarah is terrific! My poodle, Elsie, is always so happy there. Sarah sends lots of photos, is very flexible and responsive, and most of all snuggles Elsie Iike her own. Elsie really loves her husband too :)”

“Belinda was wonderful with our furbaby and sent us an update each day. She was very accessible by text and easy to communicate with. Our dog got along well with her dog, Sloane, who is a sweetie. Also, she has the perfect fenced in yard for the dogs to play! We will certainly work with Belinda again!”
