I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my entire life, and my true passion for pet care grew when I adopted Yuki(Yorkshire Terrier) six years ago. He came from a home where he wasn't walked regularly, he was quite shy and anxious. After he joined my family, it took years consistency to show him love and patience. He is finally happy, confident dog that doesn’t scared to any random things outside anymore. Beside Yuki, I recently adopted Sunny(orange cat) and he was a kitten when I bring him home from a shelter. We become great family and he gets along with Kiki as well! I’m very comfortable with high-energy breeds. I frequently take care of my friends' Australian Shepherds and Jack Russell Terriers, and also have experience with puppies. Whether your pet is a tiny senior who needs a gentle touch or an active pup who needs a long game of fetch, I adapt my care to meet their specific personality and energy levels.

I am diligent about leashing and double-checking gates during outdoor time. I strictly follow your established routines to minimize any "parent is away" anxiety. I’m experienced in reading canine body language to ensure every interaction is positive and safe. You can expect frequent photo updates and clear communication so you can have total peace of mind while you're away.

She is incredibly reliable, and my 16 week old puppy absolutely loves her. I can tell she is wonderful with her and genuinely cares about her well-being. She has so much confidence and patience when handling my puppy, and it’s clear that she truly loves dogs. Xianxin was amazing! She cared for our two cats while we were away for 14 days abroad. She went above and beyond, making sure our kitties weren’t just cared for with food, water, and litter boxes but she spent time playing with them and giving them attention, too. My cats really adore her! The daily photos also helped us feel better being away from them, it was something we looked forward to. She was super responsive to messages. I will 100% be rebooking with her if we can next time we are out of town and highly recommend her services!
Xianxin is very friendly and took great care of my dog. She made him feel comfortable and we feel at ease knowing she was visiting him. She was very communicative, responsive and detail with her the notes of what she did with my dog. I loved that she took a lot of photos and describe everything they did. I would recommend her! your pet will be in great care with her.
I was very appreciative that she accepted my last-minute request for two 30-minute drop-in visits over a holiday weekend. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend her based on my experience. During the first visit, she started the Rover card about 5 minutes before arriving at my condo (confirmed by my Ring camera timestamps), spent only about 15 minutes inside, then ended the Rover card about 10 minutes after leaving so the visit appeared to be the full 30 minutes. I didn’t mention it because I hoped it was a one-time mistake. On the second visit, however, she again started the Rover card before arriving—this time about 15 minutes early. At that point I messaged her, and she apologized, explaining that she normally starts the Rover card when she’s “getting close” to the house. After I raised the issue, she did stay the full 30 minutes. Given that the first visit was significantly shorter than booked and the second Rover card again started well before she arrived, I believe it’s very likely the second visit also would have been cut short had I not addressed it. My cat’s basic needs were met, but I booked and paid for two 30-minute visits, and that isn’t the service I initially received.
