I booked an overnight stay with Guillermo to see if they’d be a good fit, and it went perfectly. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable. Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. She gave me a few kisses and then settled on the couch like she was at home. I really appreciated Guillermo’s care, communication, and the calm, friendly atmosphere he created. I have already booked with him again.”

Unfortunately, Alfie and Pancho didn’t pass each other’s vibe check and got into a spat because of which we had to cut short the stay. Sometimes two very nice dogs just can’t get along well. Jia was very helpful throughout the process and cared for Alfie for the remainder of the long day and shared cute pictures. 10/10!”
