I was at ease leaving her with him. Paul understood my concerns for my dog while in his care. I liked his confidence and handling Benny during this meet and greet on this first 24 hour stay. Paul sent a couple of texts and a pic of how things were going and I appreciated his matter of fact information sharing. I was totally pleased with this first experience of leaving Benny with an unfamiliar person and home. Couldn’t have gone better for all involved. We had such a wonderful experience with Fernanda! Willow was instantly comfortable and clearly had the best time. We got frequent updates throughout her stay, and it was so sweet to see how much attention and care she was getting. They played games with her, taught her new tricks, and really went above and beyond to keep her happy and entertained. Their daughter was also incredibly sweet with Willow, which made the whole experience even more special. We felt completely at ease knowing Willow was in such loving hands and would absolutely book with them again.
I really appreciated Kavita and Saunak watching Rovie for the long weekend while I was traveling! They sent frequent picture and video updates and their dogs seemed to get along great with Rovie. I felt very comfortable having him stay with them and would certainly book again for the future.
Mike and his family were amazing and loving to my girl Brie! He understands how her anxiety worked and he worked with her. I was so happy and felt so at ease with all the updates he gave us throughout her stay! He even helped us out with her walks and helping redirecting her. I know she felt comfortable with them and she felt loved! So hard to find someone who gives the love and attention the same as at home! So happy I found Michael on Rover! He is very knowledgeable on how to help work with my dogs reaction in situations on walks, and on how to enforce positive behavior! I highly recommend him to anyone! She was hands down the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. She always treated Alex with so much love and care, and she was incredibly flexible whenever my schedule changed unexpectedly. We’re leaving Boston soon, and I’m genuinely so sad that she won’t be able to take care of Alex anymore.
