“Guillermo did a fantastic job with my dog, Kiara. She gets nervous around new people, so it’s always tough for me to leave her. I booked an overnight stay with Guillermo to see if they’d be a good fit, and it went perfectly. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable. Guillermo showed me around the house so I could see where Kiara would stay, which put me at ease. Kiara quickly warmed up to him and didn’t seem upset when I left. During the day, Guillermo sent thoughtful updates and photos, which really helped me relax. When I came back to pick up Kiara, she was happy to see me. She gave me a few kisses and then settled on the couch like she was at home. I really appreciated Guillermo’s care, communication, and the calm, friendly atmosphere he created. I have already booked with him again.”
“I can’t say enough about the care Bailey received while we were away. I never for a second doubted he was having a great time and being taken in as a member of this family. Thank you so much!!”

“Belinda was wonderful with our furbaby and sent us an update each day. She was very accessible by text and easy to communicate with. Our dog got along well with her dog, Sloane, who is a sweetie. Also, she has the perfect fenced in yard for the dogs to play! We will certainly work with Belinda again!”

“Zelun took fantastic care of our dog for over a week during Thanksgiving! Our dog usually takes a few days to perk up and get used to her new situation, but she settled in after the first night! Zelun sent daily pictures and videos from walks and afternoon sun naps, and our dog looked sooooo happy in every picture. Would 10/10 recommend.”

“Thank you so much for watching Harley! I could tell immediately that she felt comfortable/trusted you when I dropped her off and it made such a difference in allowing me to enjoy my trip. She’s already eaten the treat you sent her home with.”

“Geraldine was very easy to work with, I can tell that my dog really enjoyed his time with them and he was really cared for, which I truly appreciate. The only feedback is that I wish she would give more proactive updates, but I would definitely let her watch my dog again.”

“Patrick did an outstanding job taking care of my dog, Grace Warrior. Grace is a 94 lbs bundle of energy, and Patrick managed her needs perfectly. He was professional, attentive, and clearly experienced with handling large dogs. Grace came back happy and well-cared for, and I could tell she enjoyed her time with him. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable pet sitter. Thank you, Patrick, for your excellent care!”

“Victoria is the absolute best!!! Lambo boarded with her for 3 nights last month while I went away. She kept me up to date with tons of pictures. Victoria was also super flexible with pick up and drop off which helped a lot since I was basing it around my flights. Lambo even got a nice bath before he came home. I know he had a great time and felt safe with her, he barely wanted ready to leave her at pick up. Lol. That’s always a good sign. Thanks again Victoria!”

“John did an amazing job watching my dog LD! He took care of her for 9 nights 10 days while we were on vacation. He provided daily updates and I never worried or wondered what she was up to. My dog has separation anxiety and blues and John dealt with it by adjusting to what she was comfortable with regarding feeding schedule and going outside. He is a very trustworthy dog sitter. Thank you again John!”

“Miley stayed with Aurora for 4 nights while I was away on a vacation. Her pup Madi and Miley became BFF’s. She sent regular updates and she was very prompt and quick responding to my texts. Miley is my daughter and I’m very nervous leaving her at someone’s place. But Aurora did a a great job taking care of Miley and treated her like her own pup. I would definitely like Miley to have her next vacation at her place. Adding to this their pup Madi is a wonderful dog very friendly.”

“Yang was so great with our dog! We got daily updates with pictures and videos. She was also so wonderful to us, our flight was canceled and rescheduled for 2 days later. Luckily we were able to get out the following night but Yang was so accommodating and kind while we were in a state of worry. Lucky will be back in a few weeks for a second stay!”

“Super responsive and communicative! It was my first time boarding Koi with a Rover sitter and Linda was very reassuring and bonded very quickly with Koi. I'd board Koi with her again! The only downside is that Koi came home smelling a little bit of cigarette smoke, but Koi did stay with Linda for a whole week and I know Linda only smokes outdoors.”

“Ashley and her family took fantastic care of my baby boy, Jackson. I received regular updates and photos, and he always looked so calm and content. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley for dog care and hope Jackson can see her and her family again in the future!”

“Michelle took exceptional care of my very nervous and anxious dog. I received daily pictures and updates while I was away letting me know how my pup was doing. Would absolutely book Michelle again!”

“It's always hard to leave your dog behind while on vacation but I instantly felt as ease as soon as I dropped my baby boi off. He had an amazing time and the daily photos and updates were much appreciated. And because he was so well taken care of, I could fully enjoy my trip. I highly recommend.”

“Barbara and her partner were wonderful with my little dog. I always worry about her when I travel, and Barbara sent me photos and updates every day, which I greatly appreciated as it showed me she was doing well. Thank you again!”

“Christina was amazing! I booked last minute and she was eager to take care of Beru for the weekend. She sent lots of photo updates. Beru has some quirks and Christina was more than capable and happy to accommodate Beru’s personality. Would 100% book with her again!”

“Lisa is *incredible*!! This was my first time using Rover and I was a bit nervous about it, but I didn't need to be. Lisa took wonderful care of my Figaro. During the meet and greet, she took notes and asked great questions, and my usually shy Figaro took to her right away. During my trip, Lisa's updates were detailed and she followed Fig's dietary instructions to the letter; she also took lots of photos. I'm incredibly grateful for all the care she took in taking care of my little baby. I will absolutely be booking her again!!”

“Karen was amazing with my 2 cat babies!! Loved getting the photos from her and knowing they were being taken good care of. Good communicator, very kind person, and loves animals. Would most definitely recommend and will definitely book again! :)”

“Monica was wonderful! She took great care of my two cats while I was away on vacation. She left detailed notes and tons of photos after each visit, showing both cats happy and healthy, which allowed me to focus on my time off. 5/5 would book Monica again!”

“This was our first time booking a petsitting request with Natalie, and she did an excellent job taking care of our cat! She provided great photos that showed how she performed all the care tasks we asked her to do. Our cat, who is normally skittish around strangers, took a liking to her! We recommend Natalie :)”

“Angela is AMAZING! I reached out to Angela about taking care of my two cats so I could vacation for a week and she put my mind completely at ease so I could really enjoy myself. She was so good with my boys and didn't take it personally at all when one of them was a bit nervous at first. She was punctual, had fantastic communication, took initiative to ensure safety on her own when I forgot to leave her with certain instructions, and after just a few visits the boys were crazy about her. I'm so happy I can now say I have an official sitter!”

“Matilde was an outstanding sitter for my two cats. She gave detailed updates and shared many photos. My cats instantly warmed up to her, when they can sometimes be shy. She is definitely a natural animal person. I will definitely re-book and highly recommend her services.”

“Yuting was super easy to communicate with and extremely prompt on her reply (especially with myself needing the check-in about 40 minutes ahead of schedule). On top of that, I had complete peace of mind that she was the one checking in on my old man (cat), especially after reading her profile and a brief chat with her. Extremely happy she had availability for me, and definitely will be booking again!”

“Sasha was a diligent and kind sitter for our cat. He’s an energetic cat but Sasha kept him entertained, loved, and most importantly safe during the holiday season. I highly recommend you retain her services.”

“Bonnie was so kind with our senior cat! Our 15-year-old requires medications twice a day to be mixed into her food, and Bonnie was fantastic with getting her to eat it and also play a bit. We are lucky to have someone who meets our cat where she is - will definitely be requesting Bonnie's services again and highly recommend Bonnie as a cat sitter!”
About: Hi! I’m a pet lover in my 30s who works from home in higher education, so I have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and keeping your pets company during the day. I’ve had dogs my entire life and am currently the proud parent of an almost 10-year-old rescue pup. Life with a rescue has taught me a lot about patience, reactivity, fear, and giving dogs the time and space they need to feel comfortable. I understand that not every dog wants to be everyone’s best friend right away, and that’s totally okay! I’m happy to follow their lead and your instructions. I’m also a former cat parent, so I’m very comfortable with cats - whether they want playtime and attention or would prefer that I fill their food bowl and respectfully mind my own business. I’m responsible, dependable, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I’m doing Rover as a side gig while saving for my wedding, and getting to spend my flexible WFH schedule walking dogs and hanging out with pets feels like a pretty great way to do it! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so daytime walks and drop-ins fit easily into my routine. As a dog parent myself, pet care is already a big part of my day! I offer dog walks and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine, whether that means a good walk, feeding, playtime, medications, lots of attention, or simply giving them some space. My goal is to keep them safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away!

“Caitlin is incredible! My cat gets anxious when we go away but Caitin was so patient and diligent about making him feel comfortable. She was communicative, kind and I felt so confident leaving my cat in her care. I would 110% recommend Caitlin!”

“This was my third time having Jazmin watch Frankie, and she is consistently the best! Great communicator and always makes sure to keep me updated. This time I had some maintenance work done in my apartment, and she let me know when people were coming and going, which I really appreciated!”

“Ashley did a perfect job dropping in to care for our cats while we were traveling for >1 week - she was super reliable, consistent, thorough, and communicative throughout the booking. She went above and beyond to give the cats a lot of love and attention, and she worked very independently - we also really appreciated her taking the initiative to replace the trash when she noticed it getting smelly. All in all, we felt our cats were in great hands and would definitely book her again!”

“Julia was fantastic! We spent a weekend away for our wedding and didn’t have to worry one bit about the cats while we were gone. Her reports were thorough and we came back to a clean home and happy cats!”

“Caroline was very friendly. She did a great job taking care of our cat Leo while we were away. Would highly recommend and rebook with her again the next time we go away! Thank you Caroline”

“Abigail was amazing with our cat. Our cat is quite shy, but quickly warmed to Abigail with her thoughtful approach (and even allowed pets!). She was always on time with her visits and provided detailed updates with pictures. We would absolutely book with Abigail again and I recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”
“Nathan took great care of our two cats during a two-week trip, and we would happily book him again. He was reliable, communicative, and easy to work with, and he sent regular check-ins that gave us real peace of mind while we were away. During each visit, he handled everything we needed — feeding, checking the litter, playing with the cats, making sure they were happy and comfortable, and even tidying up a small mess one of them made — all without any fuss. We also appreciated his patient help when our Litter Robot got a little finicky mid-trip. Overall, Nathan was thoughtful, dependable, and clearly cared about making sure our cats were well looked after. We were all very glad to have his care.”

“Michele was great! She checked in on my cat a few times while I was away, and kept me in the loop the entire time. She sent plenty of pictures, and even offered to clean up some of the loose litter that was on the floor. My cat really loved her. He is very high energy and needy, but Michele was calm and understanding and took great care of him.”

“Delanie was amazing! The amount of attentiveness and care she put into caring for Dakota from the very beginning was incredible, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I had a complex situation of needing to board my baby last minute for a trip when she was only three weeks post-op. She kept a close eye on her recovery and made sure she was comfortable and safe the entire time. She turned an extremely stressful situation around by giving me peace of mind the entire time I was away. It’s clear that Delanie truly cares about the animals she looks after. I would absolutely trust Delanie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate person to board their pet with, I promise they will be in good hands!”

“Cheuck was an excellent sitter for our dog Simka. We basically never leave her with someone we don’t know, but he made us comfortable from the beginning and she had a great time. It was fun to see photos and videos throughout her stay.”

“Jacky watched my dog Lexley for a few days and was so good with her! Lex can be shy but clearly felt at ease with her and Harley. She took Lex for walks during the day and sent updates and cute pics. Definitely recommend her and would book her again!”

“Elizabeth and Rodrigo were great with Oscar. They were flexible when I needed to shift my drop-off and pickup times, which made my day so much easier. They sent a few photos throughout the day too, which I always love getting. Oscar came home tired and happy, so he clearly had a good time. Would book with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks you two!”

“Ben and his family took great care of Zelda and were very accommodating of our busy schedule. She came home happy and well exercised from playing with their pups all day. We will definitely book with Ben again!”
“Cardinal had so much fun at his small-dog play date!! I appreciated that Betsy took time for a thoughtful meet and greet so that I was sure he would feel comfortable! I was very happy that he could enjoy time outside of his crate with other dogs in a warm and caring environment! Will definitely book again!!”

About: I love taking care of dogs and just hanging out with them. I work full-time onsite so I am only available after or before work hours to take them on walks and for stay over. However my husband works from home who also loves dog to keep them company during the day! I have a full time onsite job so I am not available during the day however my husband works from home so he is available. I love going for walks or runs in the mornings/ evenings before/ after work so I can take your dogs on walks as well. I love playing with them, and can give them a lot of attention. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment without a yard so, I can only take care of small dogs. They have plenty of places to roam around in the apartment. There is also a dog park and a 2.5mile loop near me where i can take them for playtimes and walks.

“Boots had an amazing day with them! I got lots of pictures from throughout the day and drop off and pick up were very easy. They went above and beyond and played with him a ton—he’s coming home super tired!”

About: I have had dogs in my house since I was 12, currently we have two 13 year old beagles. They are senior dogs and require frequent bathroom breaks.Over the years I have also watched many family members pets. We love to walk or go on hikes with our dogs. I am a stay at home Mom. I am available for many walks throughout the day as well as bathroom breaks. I walk to drop off and pick up my kids at school and would love for your dog to join us. We have a fenced in backyard for your dog to explore. We have four kids who all love to give attention to dogs. Our two beagles are low energy at this point in their lives.
About: Hello, I would like to say I have had the joy of having dogs and petsitting throughout my life and have loved every aspect of it. My dog, Holly, lived to be 18 years old under my care. I took care of her from when she was a puppy until the end of her senior years so I have a wide range of knowledge on aging dogs. I have a lot of energy so keeping up with a dogs' exercise needs will be no problem. And to me, dogs are family. My dog was like a little sister to me so I understand the trust involved in letting someone else take care of them. I can assure you I have a wealth of compassion for animals, and, given the opportunity, I will care for your dog as if they were my own. Thank you for considering me to care for your dog and I hope you have an amazing day! My schedule is pretty flexible. As of this month I have all day Thursday and Friday available as well as the rest of the week as long as the pet care ends by 2pm. If this doesn't work for you please reach out so we can find a solution! I will keep this updated as my schedule opens up. My home has 2 locked doors to get in and is in a very safe part of Somerville. I currently have a gecko who I feed daily and ensure he has a balanced diet and regular vet appointments as well as enrichment. When I had dogs and cats in the past I was outside for hours every day playing with them and making sure their lives were happy and fun. It brings me a lot of joy to see animals happy and enjoying life. Their lives are so short I want to make every moment a great one.

“Belinda took great care of our dog Ollie and sent regular updates and pictures. Ollie is an anxious dog and he seemed very comfortable there. We would definitely have him stay with her again!”

“Our puppy had such a great time in Mariah‘s home with her to adorable little guys. She took them on long walks and trips to the dog park and big plus she knows sign language and did some commands with our puppy. So cool!”

“Yesika is a great dog sitter. It was my first time on Rover and I was really worried about leaving my 5 moths old puppy with a stranger, but after meeting Yesika and her partner I immediately felt at ease because you can see how much the love and care for the dogs in their care. Loki had a wonderful time at Yesika's place: I could tell not only from the pics, but from the fact that when I went to pick him up he was staying close to Yesika while we were chitchatting about Loki's stay, and we were ready to leave he wanted to go back in the building with her. Loki also had a couple of pee accidents at home the first day he was in Yesika's care (he was not used to the new house, despite being putty trained in our home) and Yesika handled this with a lot of compassion and understanding. She also gave me a few useful tips about games that she played with Loki to entertain his brain in a positive way and some advice on chewing toys that I had gotten for Loki which could be potentially harmful. Overall I was incredibly happy trusting Loki to Yesika's care and I will do that again in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: I provide a safe, loving, and fun environment for every dog. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and large breeds, including Golden Retrievers. I understand the importance of maintaining each dog’s routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I will treat your dog like a member of my own family and make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I am responsible, patient, and committed to giving pet parents peace of mind with regular updates and photos. I study Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and I am home for the rest of the day. On weekends, I am usually home all day, so I have plenty of time to provide attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. I can easily adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s needs and make sure they receive the care and love they deserve. I live with my boyfriend in a house, and we have a friendly 5-month-old Golden Retriever who loves being around other dogs. He sleeps in our bedroom with us and is treated like a member of our family. Every morning, he lets us know when he needs to go outside. Before we leave for class, we make sure he has fresh food and water, and we leave a puppy pad available in case he needs it while we’re away for a few hours. As soon as we get home, we take him for a walk, play with him, and spend quality time together. We also have a big backyard where dogs can safely play and get exercise. We regularly take our dog to the park, the lake, and even the beach because he loves the water and being outdoors. Since it’s just the three of us at home, we can give every dog plenty of attention, love, playtime, and care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy, just like they do at home.

About: I’ve been doing drop-in visits for friends and family’s pets since I was 15. Never had a pet myself due to my parents’ allergies, so I love giving extra love and attention to other peoples’ furry friends. When I was a junior in high school I even built a local dog park for my Girl Scout Gold Award project, just to help local dogs have more fun letting out their energy. I’m happy to attend to your animals specific wants, like a snuggly or energetic pet, or one of those pets that has a little hidey hole to check in on. My work schedule is hybrid, so I can easily care for your pet while working. I’m always working from home Mondays and Fridays, and I can take on any other day of the week as well, as long as I have a few days notice. I’m happy to meet with your pet ahead of time to let them get to know me while you’re home. I’m used to building trust slowly over time with animals.
About: I've always loved taking care of dogs! I had my first when I was 9, a beagle. Throughout the years I've done various dog-walking and dog/cat sitting for friends and family, and now I miss seeing all the dogs as I live away from them and they have passed :'( On multiple occasions, I took care of two loving but rambunctious pit bulls for weekends and extended periods of time while my friend was away. Gave them medicines, lots of attention, and invigorating walks. I took care of the house while they were away and sometimes stayed overnight. I have experience with dogs that need to be on a tight leash in certain scenarios, and experience allowing them to just have fun in safe spaces. With well-behaved dogs, I've gone on runs in the forest and been able to have them off-leash. I love having a buddy! I care a lot about maintaining the boundaries and rules around how you have trained your pet and keeping their routines. I manage an office nearby Monday thru Thursday, flexible Fridays. The morning walks are reliable and I can message you specifics and sort your dog’s and my schedule around it :) Most days, the afternoon walk can be configured into the schedule. We have a larger yard and no pets living in the house. My sisters nearby both have friendly dogs if yours would like some pals. Some days are busier or have a tighter walk schedule for me, but usually just 2 weekdays, which is why this works for me! I love taking dogs to different adventures like the Fells or games in my backyard, or just hanging out and cuddling :)
“Maria was wonderful with our 50 lb hound boy! Our dog can be timid or stubborn (and sometimes both!) and Maria was fantastic with him. I booked her for 2 walks - one when I was home so my dog could get to know her and a midday walk a few days later. When we met up, she asked thoughtful questions about my pup and by the end of the visit he has decided she was his favorite person. Maria sent me updates about what time she’d be arriving, a detailed walk report with photos, and a message to let me know how it went. We’ll definitely book with Maria again for anything from a quick walk to a watching our pup overnight!”

“Lisa has been walking our Finn for a little while now and we’re so happy with her services! Great communication, and she sends lots of excellent pics of our pup enjoying his walk. She’s great with Finn and he now gets so excited when he sees her. Will definitely continue to use her services! :)”

“Danny has been absolutely wonderful with West. From the very beginning, it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is with dogs. He takes the time to understand West's personality, needs, and energy level, and it shows in every interaction. Danny is reliable, professional, and genuinely loves what he does. He has also shared helpful insights and advice that have been incredibly valuable. I highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring dog walker.”

About: I’m so excited to start meeting new pups. Although I've never had a dog of my own, I’ve always been surrounded by dogs whether that be family or friends. I love taking dogs on walks and getting to know their personalities. I enjoy giving treats for tricks and love giving all the puppy love. I’m currently in college online so doing this will help a lot with my student loans!! It’s summer so I have lots of free time but even come the fall I’m doing school online which also gives me lots of down time. I live by a park that was just rebuilt and it has an amazing walking trail and a dog park. I am great with handling dogs and love to give treats for tricks!
“Sasha came in very clutch for us when our dog walker last minute canceled on us!! They were able to take our husky out twice and we couldn’t appreciate it more than we do! Thank you”

“Johnna is absolutely amazing. She is so thoughtful about the needs of our Newfoundland (he’s a shy one) and has been able to connect and interact with him making his outings great and safe experiences. His walks with Johnna are some of his favorite times now. Johnna is also incredibly professional and responsive and is a pleasure to coordinate and work with! Highly recommend !”

About: I strive to establish a real connection with every pet I look after. I've cared for pets with all levels of disabilities and/or medical issues, which can require extra attentiveness or frequent medicine doses. I'm also a relatively active person and love getting extra steps in when we can. I'm a working actor and musician with plenty of time during the day and week! Overnight lodging is great, or just a regular swing thru. Very flexible scheduling wise. I have an anxiety ridden mutt who thrives on routine. We regularly go on walks, spend lots of time outside, and stick to a tight schedule. Treats, love, and extracurriculars always when applicable!
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep compassion, patience, and experience with dogs who need extra attention—especially those with anxiety or special routines. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, and pets who struggle with separation anxiety. My own dog, Sasha, has anxiety, so I understand the importance of gentle care, consistency, and emotional support. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to creating a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. Whether your pup needs long walks, slow introductions, or just a cozy lap to nap on—I’ve got you covered! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I have Mondays and Tuesdays off, which gives me plenty of time for daytime walks and drop-ins. On other days, I’m able to fit in visits between school and work—and I don’t mind doing late-night drop-ins if your pet needs evening attention. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so I’m happy to make it a priority in my schedule. I’m dependable, flexible, and always focused on making pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I only offer pet care in the client’s home because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar environment. I follow your pet’s routine closely—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medication. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is always to provide reliable, stress-free care that gives both you and your pet peace of mind.
“Orsel loves Emma! First experience on Rover and Emma really put us at ease: very communicative and flexible. Needed a regular walker shortly after moving and she has been so reliable: always sends photos and makes the most out of the time offering snuggles and treats and a drying off if it’s raining. Orsel is a little shy but Emma has been amazing with her quirks.”

About: I've loved dogs all my life. I had a dog since I was 12, and as an adult I've done both periodic walks and drop-ins, as well as overnight stays for cats and dogs alike. I know that every pet has their own temperament and needs, and I will be sure to adjust to ensure you and your fur-babies have a safe, happy experience with me. I have a lot of flexibility to be able to schedule whatever pet care you may need! With the exception of special events, I can generally move things around on my end to accomodate your schedule. I have done check-ins and walks throughout the day, as well as staying at a client's home for multiple nights to take care of their pets.
“We contacted Caitlin late at night after needing a last minute sitter so we could stay on a boat an extra day over the summer! She briefly answered right away at midnight letting me know she was available after a planned farmer’s market visit- I loved her honestly about the time! We were flexible and Caitlin came right around the time she had guessed and took our dog for an extra long walk! She sent pictures of Pepper from along the walk and also sent pictures of her saying hello to our cat inside when she dropped Pepper off! She was very nice and I plan on using her again!”

“Our dog just loved William. We also liked him right away. We scheduled him to walk our dog for 2 days when a relative was housesitting. She reported that William had a great rapport with our dog who was always happy to see him (and he does not have a good rapport with all humans; William is one of his favorites.”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for animals has always been something I truly love. While I’m not able to have pets of my own right now, I’d love the opportunity to give that same love and attention to your pets! I work from home on a hybrid schedule, which gives me flexibility to provide walks, drop-ins, and plenty of companionship when I’m available. I’m also happy to care for pets on weekends when I’m around. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away — and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. 🐾 I work from home on a hybrid schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for your pets throughout the day. On my work-from-home days, I’m able to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and breaks for walks or potty time. I’m also available on weekends when I’m around and happy to work with your pet’s routine and needs. Since I’m currently unable to have pets of my own, I’m excited to use my flexible schedule to give your pets the love, attention, and care they deserve! Unfortunately, I’m not able to have pets in my own home due to not having a yard and living with people who have severe pet allergies. I don’t have any pet allergies myself, though, and I’m more than happy to travel to your home to provide care wherever your pets are most comfortable!
About: My name is Jhonatan (but you can call me Jay) and I would love to take care of your best furrriend. I’m a 31 years old Brazilian folk that works with art so I have plenty of free time on my daily basis. I was raised with 4 dogs in Brazil, but unfortunately don’t own one. I have more than 10 years of experience in dog walking, pet sitting and pet boarding. I’m a makeup artist that has a side job as freelancer for selling makeup products but trying to work with pets more after a year of not doing so. I used to dog walk and pet sit by myself but stopped after some health issues (I’m healed now) and I’m trying to do only on Rover. I’ve signed up a few years back and did only one sitting but deleted the app. I know CPR and First Aid for pets so your best friend would be safe in my hands (if any natural incident ever comes to happen). I have experience with bigger (such as Great Dane) and smaller dogs (chihuahua), with elderly and puppies (as well as how to better train their behavior), with aggressive and non aggressive dogs, I’ve split fights before and also know some how to teach your dog to behave and walk better outside with other dogs. I used to work for a dog trainer and have learned some things that could help them. I’m currently working part time free lance for makeup brands and make my own schedule so I’d have plenty of time to spend with your furrriend. If I’m pet sitting I usually would make my schedule in a way that I’d have time to walk the dog a few hours a day, twice or 3 times a day and sleep with them. If dog walking I’d walk them for 30min, if allowed I’d love to bring them to a leashed hike if nearby. I always try to keep myself calm because from all years working with dogs it shows that they feed off people’s energy, I practice yoga and meditation so that way it helps to keep them calm and relaxed. In your home I’d feed and give them water, have them exercise so they spend their energy and they can have a nice sleep. On walks I give them water breaks if too hot and always watch for their behavior.
“Abigail was great will Bennie. He wasn’t keen on walking when she arrived but she ensured he was able to pee, get some energy out in the back of our house and played ball with him. She was timely and communicative when Bennie was being fussy and adapted quickly to make sure he got the most out of their time together.”

“Lindsey is wonderful. She is reliable, timely, and very thoughtful. Our pup loves her walks with Lindsey and we trust and appreciate how great she is with our dog. We are repeat customers and I would highly recommend her!”

“Christina was amazing! I booked last minute and she was eager to take care of Beru for the weekend. She sent lots of photo updates. Beru has some quirks and Christina was more than capable and happy to accommodate Beru’s personality. Would 100% book with her again!”

“My dog has an absolute blast every time with Zwany and Leandro! She got a bath this time and came back smelling amazing. I can tell my dog is perfectly at home at their house, and she gets so excited to come back each time. Zwany also does an amazing job of sending pictures and updates, so I know my dog is doing well.”

“Elliot and his wife were wonderful sitters for our dog! They were attentive to detail, have a clear love for animals, and were flexible and great with communication. Our dog had a blast staying with them, they went on a lot of outdoor adventures. We got updates twice a day with pictures; we definitely felt that our pup was safe, happy, and having a great time. Would highly recommend them!”

About: I have a dog of my own, so I know the deal. Walking my dog and hanging out with her is the best part of my day, and I would love for your dog to join. Weekends are my focus and I’m free for shenanigans and long walks! I have my own dog so 3-4walks on the weekend is our normal. I would consider weekdays, but we would have to talk because I work full time on site M-F, so during the week they would have a 20-30min morning walk and 1-2 afternoon walks. I have a well mannered dog friendly dog at home and I would care for your pet like I would mine…which means a lot of attention. Dogs would have to be able to do 3 flights of stairs or be pick-up-able
“Emily & Daniel were fantastic! They took such great care of Ubu and thoughtfully checked in beforehand to see if there was anything more to know about her routine. Communication was easy, and I really appreciated the photos during her stay. Their dog, Thomas, is adorably—I loved seeing him and Ubu snuggled up!”

“Rachel was a great host for our dog, Zoe. She was easy to coordinate with and very responsive in communicating with me. We enjoyed seeing photos every day of Zoe and Rachel hanging out, playing, out and about on walks and at the dog park. Zoe came home happy and we'd be happy to leave her with Rachel again!”
