“jazmin is the best. arrives on time, sends detailed updates, and is super responsible. our super super shy cat even came out for her and really loved her which is so important for us! she was also very helpful when some weird situations (plant problems, and even a wasp in the house!) and stayed with the cats until she knew they were okay. would recommend jazmin to anyone!”

“Really great at communicating and very flexible! She took amazing care of my kitty and sent me a lot of photos while she was there. Would definitely book her again!”

About: Lifelong dog-lover. Obsessed with walks, playtime, and 1:1 attention. Work from home with flexible work schedule - available for walks and boarding. I am a self-employed artist so I have full flexibility to care for your fur babies. Occasionally I do work outside the home for art events, but only for a few hours. I grew up with a golden retriever, Misty from 2000-2010, cementing my love for retrievers. While I’d love my own dog someday, I’m not ready for the full time commitment of my own dog, so sitting for dogs and walking dogs is a great way for me to get that dog fix! I’ve now been working on Rover since April 2025 and have completed over 120 bookings with 30+ clients and have proudly reached star sitter status with all 5 star reviews. Your dog will always be on a leash and will surely be tired out when they are done with me - I frequently walk around the Tufts campus area and can cater your dog’s exercise routine to their specific needs. Dogs will always have ample water and I’ll stick diligently to their dietary needs while in my care. I do not accept pit bulls, chihuahua, german shepherds, dachshunds, corgi or Australian shepherds in my home for boarding, but am open to service them through drops ins/walks. I do not accept dogs with behavior issues including resource guarding, aggression, and destructive chewing. I also do not accept dogs with tendencies to bark a lot, as it’s disruptive to me and my neighbors. When requesting a booking, please provide your dog with a fully completed profile, including their care routine and information on socialization - I do not book clients without this info. When boarding your dog, I’d appreciate that your dog be recently groomed. I work as a full time artist from home, so I have a lot of flexibility to take dogs out for walks during the day or watch dogs in my own home while you're away. I'm on a first floor of a two-family home. Dogs typically like to sleep in our living room, on the couch or next to our bed. Able to accommodate an owner-provided crate if needed. Close proximity to a park for playtime, pee breaks.
“Matilde was so great, my favorite sitter I've had on Rover so far, and she really made me feel like my cat was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make my cat feel minimal disruptions to my absence, and was so sweet about sending pictures and updating me on my cat's behaviors. Definitely gonna be my new go-to sitter in the area”

“Samantha was incredibly flexible and I could tell she really cared about Nellie’s health and safety. I think through the week they were able to become friends. I would highly recommend and will most likely be booking with her again in the future if she’s open!”

“Cathalina provided excellent care for my cat! She was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would definitely work with her again.”

“Sasha was a diligent and kind sitter for our cat. He’s an energetic cat but Sasha kept him entertained, loved, and most importantly safe during the holiday season. I highly recommend you retain her services.”

“Caroline was available during a busy time of year and super flexible to accommodate a 30-min visit with my cat, Ms. M. We scheduled a quick check-in visit beforehand and she met Ms. M for about 30 minutes, reviewed any instructions, and I left her a set of keys. I appreciated having someone to make sure my cat had a bowl of wet food and some company while I am away for a week. Caroline was also flexible in setting up a time to handoff my spare set of keys. All and all it was a smooth experience and I’d recommend Caroline to others looking for cat care!”

“she’s amazing and after she learned I am Deaf, she finds a way to communicate with me. I truly appreciate that. my cat likes her a lot. I recommend her to pet sitting your furkids and I trust her. I definitely will have her again in the future.”

“Monica was wonderful! It was my first time using Rover and I had a last minute work trip and she sent over photos and regular updates. Overall great experience and would definitely book Monica in the future!”

About: Hello! I am a BIG animal lover. Growing up, we always had pets in our home, ranging from cats, dogs, rabbits and mice to name a few. Recently our family dog of 14 years passed away and now I have only two cats Leo (16 years old) and Taz (5 years old). I'm looking to walk dogs or and cuddle and feed your cat. Reach out! Would love the opportunity to meet your pet! I am currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m looking for dog walks at lunchtime and early evening and I'm also available most weekends. I am caring and trustworthy and would give your pet lots of love and care. Just let me know what you need and I will do my best.
About: I’ve taken care of my neighbor’s cats since I was young, I’ve dog sat for friends, family, and friends of the family. I’ve taken care of 4 rambunctious dogs at once so I can handle the commotion. I am back in school so I can take care of pets whenever I’m not in class. Though I will need time to study and do homework outside of class I still will have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I do whatever the owner wants me to do to take care of their pets. I normally walk them once a day, feed them, let them out a couple times, and give them plenty of attention.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep compassion, patience, and experience with dogs who need extra attention—especially those with anxiety or special routines. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, and pets who struggle with separation anxiety. My own dog, Sasha, has anxiety, so I understand the importance of gentle care, consistency, and emotional support. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to creating a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. Whether your pup needs long walks, slow introductions, or just a cozy lap to nap on—I’ve got you covered! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I have Mondays and Tuesdays off, which gives me plenty of time for daytime walks and drop-ins. On other days, I’m able to fit in visits between school and work—and I don’t mind doing late-night drop-ins if your pet needs evening attention. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so I’m happy to make it a priority in my schedule. I’m dependable, flexible, and always focused on making pets feel safe and loved while you’re away. I only offer pet care in the client’s home because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar environment. I follow your pet’s routine closely—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medication. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. My goal is always to provide reliable, stress-free care that gives both you and your pet peace of mind.
“Nathan is the best. He has been so great with Lavender. She loves him and he takes her to meet and play with other dogs. She loves that and we’re so new to the area, we haven’t found her some dog friends yet. It is great because I worry less about leaving her when I have to travel and am more excited for the things he will take her to do. I highly recommend Nathan to other pet owners. Thank you, Nathan!”

“Bonnie was fantastic! She kept me updated regularly on my dogs well being and treated him like her own pet. From our initial meet and greet I knew my dog was in good hands.”

“Angela was absolutely amazing with our cats! They seem to adore her & she sent lots of photos. Having her watch them gave us peace of mind while we were traveling!!”

“Lindsey has been great with our puppy! I love the check ins and pictures from each drop in. Lindsey can actually get her to walk in the leash and she is such a happy pup during the day!”

About: I grew up on a 155 acre farm in Upstate New York. I have been around all different variety of animals and pets and taken cared for all of them. I currently work as a graduate fellow while getting my masters. My hours are pretty flexible and are the same every week. Tuesday’s and Thursdays I am the most free as well as Monday and Friday afternoons. I share an apartment with two other people who love animals and wouldn’t mind a friendly visitor every once in awhile, I would be taking care of the pets by myself. Isabel was an incredible sitter for our special needs cat, Maeby. Maeby is diabetic and needs to be on a strict feeding/insulin shot schedule and Isabel handled everything perfectly. This was the first time we have had to be away from our cat since her diabetes diagnosis so we were quite nervous about the whole thing but after meeting Isabel and getting her check-in updates, we definitely felt much more relaxed and comfortable knowing Maeby was in great hands. I highly recommend Isabel and will 100% invite her back to take care of Maeby in the future.
I’m lucky my 17 yr old cat has Grace to look in on him. She’s very responsive to his needs, whether it is to play or sit and be scratched under the ears. She’s sends reports so I don’t worry about him. Grace is his favorite. He tells me by how calm and content he is when I get home.
This was our second time booking with Gabi and just like last time, she took such great care of our girls! She was so mindful about making them as comfortable as possible that when one of my cats was feeling a bit shy, Gabi gave her a treat to reintroduce herself. Love the thoughtful and carefulness that Gabi has when checking in on my cats. Will be my go-to sitter from now on!!

Caroline was so great with our cat Roxy! Roxy can get very stressed/territorial when we’re away and Caroline was very patient and followed the care instructions we left super closely to help Roxy feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Caroline (especially if you also have a more anxious cat)

Allison is great! We were recommended her by a friend and she’s hands down the best sitter we’ve had. Every time she visited she’d feed our cats and then proceed to play with them/give them pets for the rest of the time. And she’d send SO MANY cute pics!! Our cats can be a little standoffish but they took to her right away. We’ll definitely be booking again the next time we travel - we didn’t have to worry about the cats at all with Allison watching them :)
