About: I have loved animals since I was a young child. My family always had pets when I was growing up; ranging from parakeets and cockatiels, to betta fish, to dogs and cats. I currently have a great, fearless, and very treat-driven cat named Julio, whom I care for with my partner. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats, including my mom's dog and cat when I visit during the holidays and whenever she has had to travel to visit family. I'm currently writing my PhD Dissertation so I oftentimes want to take a break and relax, which I can do by checking in on your pets. Other than feeding and playing with my cat, Julio, there are other times in the afternoon and evening when I can make sure to spend time feeding and taking care of your pets. I have a good understanding of both dog and cat body language and can give them their space, if needed. I am also able to follow instructions such as pet-specific diets, oral medication administration, etc.

About: Walks are more fun with a buddy (or two!) I understand that all dogs are different and I am dedicated to taking the time to cater to their needs. There’s always time to linger a few seconds longer for a sniff, or pick up the pace to avoid an unwanted interaction with another pup coming from the other way. I look forward to getting to know your pets and treating them with the same care and attention that you do! I currently work remotely, so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to walk/visit early in the morning, throughout the day, or in the evenings. I have a cat who does not get along well with other pets, but I am available to care for pets in their own homes!
