About: I’m a proud dog mom to a 9 month old Golden Retriever. Through raising and training him, I’ve gained experience with puppy routines, leash walking, feeding schedules, crate training, potty training, and handling high energy dogs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and I’ll always make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine since I have a young Golden Retriever of my own. My schedule allows me flexibility for walks, drop in visits, and quality time with your fur babies throughout the week. I’m reliable, communicative, and always make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet with someone, especially someone new. I’m very attentive, patient, caring, and I always want all pets to feel comfortable and loved while in my care. Raising my Golden Retriever has taught me the importance of consistency, attention, and creating a calm and positive environment for dogs. I’ll treat your fur babies as my own.

About: Hey there – my name is Nancy, and I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. Starting with my childhood dog, Bandit, a mixed Shepard. As an adult I had a pit bull/boxer mix, Vedder. I had Vedder for 12 years. After Vedder, I had a beagle/boxer mix, Killian. I currently do not have a dog of my own. This gives me plenty of time to take care of your dog I am an experienced sitter, and did walker who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong. I’m currently not working. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pet. I’m available both days and nights to watch, walk or play with your dog. To ensure the safety and well-being of pets under my care, I would first familiarize myself with each pet’s specific needs, behaviors, and any medical conditions. This includes understanding their diet, exercise routine, allergies, or medications they may be on. During walks, I would keep them on a leash at all times. Moreover, for both walks and sitting sessions, I’d maintain regular communication with the pet owners by providing updates and promptly reporting any unusual behavior. Maintaining vigilance, open communication, and being prepared for unexpected situations are crucial aspects of ensuring the safety and well-being of pets under my care. I am not a certified dog trainer, but I did successfully train my pit bull/boxer, Vedder, and my beagle/boxer, Killian. When you board your dog with me, you can expect a quality stay. Your dog will not only be well looked after, they will go on some cool walking adventures. I’m located near three beaches, and three parks. One of the parks has a bike/walking path. I keep the owner updated with pics and text. I also use a walking app that shows where we walked, how far we walked and how long we walked. When you leave your dog in my care, you can enjoy your vacation knowing that your dog is also having fun.

About: I have 20 years of experience caring for all types of animals. I had a 15 year old dashund and a 10 year old lab personally as well. I currently have 8month aussie pup. My neighbors, family and friends have trusted me to care for their pets while they were away on vacation, military service or recovering from surgery or just to help out! I can assist in puppy training and senior care with medication administration as well. I am currently a nurse and looking to help other pet families take care of their furry family members. I also offer adventures, such as hiking, beach walks, pool time some life jacket sizes avaliable, short walks, ramp for vehicle for our lovely large dogs and seniors. For our seniors I also have puzzle games that can help with low activity thresholds. For cats a safe low noise environment is available here, with plenty of cat toys to play with. I am also a volunteer as a dog walker at a local shelter as well. Overall I will care for your furry family member with the utmost affection and fun with safety being paramount. I have four days a week available to care for animals. I work three days in person. Leaving plenty of time for fun and adventure. My schedule is very adaptable to your pets needs or wants. I have a fenced in yard available as well as one on one care as a option to maximize attention to your furry family member. I can crate animals if needed. Animals are welcome on the furniture and in my vehicle as well. I can walk puppers every 2 -4 hours or as needed by your pet.

About: Hi! I'm Kristen, a historical archaeology student at UMass Boston! Animals, history, and creative activities are my life. I have grown up with animals in my house my entire life- from rescue dogs, to cats, to hedgehogs, birds and rabbits, there are very few animals that I haven't gotten to play with. I would love to help you give your fur baby the best life possible by making sure they get the exercise they need, they get to socialize, and let them explore the environment around them. I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes- from Pugs to Newfoundlands, so I'm no stranger to large dogs and what they might need, and how that would differ from a smaller dog. I'd love to help you be the best owner you can be! I also have experience with multiple different livestock animals, from chicken and geese to donkeys. My goal is to own my own rescue farm one day, so special circumstance animals are something I am very comfortable doing. I prefer to spend time with your pets as much as possible, to help give them the socialization they need so they aren't left alone while they wait for their favorite people to come back :) I focus on making sure to keep into their set schedule as much as possible. Have a set time your fluffy friend needs to eat that never changes? Does your pet need to take multiple walks a day? My schedule is very flexible and it is my priority to keep their lives as unchanged as possible. I keep pets as normal in their routine as possible so they don't feel out of sorts until their people come home! I am more than comfortable dealing with crated, uncrated, specific behaviors of pets, and more. I make sure that their food and water intake is exactly how you specify, and that they get plenty of love and exercise.

I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I met my first dog since I was 6 years old and the love for dogs all grew inside me. I love taking care of dogs and gladly do my best for each dog’s needs, as I know that every dog is special and they have different personalities . About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life! I currently have 2 cats and help my parents with their 3 dogs and 3 cats. I have a lot of experience administering dogs medication- pills, ointments, eyedrops, etc. My 2 cats will be around during host stays they are extremely friendly and welcoming to other cats regardless the age. I’m currently working from home so I am almost always around the animals! Small grocery trips or going out to meals but never away for longer than 4-5 hours usually just 1! No outdoor cats- I keep cats fully indoors and they have no access to get out, plenty of locked window to bird watch from inside. I have a small NOT fenced in area in my backyard and a lot of nearby parks and walking routes, every dog MUST have a harness or collar preferably a harness so they are unable to get out of it and a leash for walks. No unsupervised outdoor times and a bathroom break minimum every 3 hours, more if needed of course

About: Growing up my family always had a minimum of 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of all ages and across all health spectrums and each one has a special place in my heart. I recently moved to Boston, so while I am getting to know the area, I have a lot of spare time over the weekend to spend with a furry companion. I regularly work from home, which allows me time to go for walks and care for pets. Safety and trust are my top priorities. Before caring for any pet, I make sure their surroundings are secure and hazard-free, and I always double-check that all doors are locked whenever I leave the house. Fresh water is available at all times, and I clean up promptly whenever there’s a mess so their space stays tidy and comfortable. I also keep their sleeping area neat and inviting (when they aren’t sleeping in the bed!) — though I know some pups love to happily frumple a freshly made blanket, and that’s all part of the fun!

About: My husband and I have been doing Rover for 5+ years! I’m a teacher, so I’m away during the day, but my husband works from home full-time. I also have grooming experience and know all kinds of dog behaviors. Our dog is friendly but has high anxiety, so we require a meet & greet for boarding/daycare. Walks don’t need one. We treat every pup like family! I am a teacher and not around during the day but my fiance works from home FT! Not only do you have one person caring for your dog, but TWO! There is a lot of yard space right behind my apartment. I care for your animals as I care for my own, maybe will sometimes spoil them too!

About: Hi! I’m Rose, a reliable and caring animal lover based in the Quincy area. I have 4 cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable with daily pet care routines and giving animals lots of attention and love. We also had a 15-year-old Shih Tzu who passed away in 2022 and over the past year I’ve been walking and caring for dogs for rover clients. I am currently taking the year off from teaching so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week! I’m available for morning, midday, and evening walks, and can be accommodating with last-minute requests when needed. I will be actively engaging with your fur baby! About: I LOVE DOGS AND CATS! I have had two dogs in my life; one was a Doberman mix and the other was a yellow Labrador Retriever. They were both large, active dogs, so I'm used to handling rambunctious bundles of energy of all sizes. I can even give your dog oral medication if necessary. How about cats? Of course! I've also had two cats, and my current cat is turning 18 soon. The two cats I have had couldn't be more different. My first cat was very outgoing and loved meeting new people, and my current cat is, well, a cat's cat! So I am very understanding of the wide range of cat personalities. I have to give my old cat medication all the time, so I can give your cat oral medication if necessary. I I work part-time in Braintree, weekdays from 10-3. I can do early morning walks at the crack of dawn and late afternoon/evening walks in all types of weather. And, of course, I'm completely open on weekends. I will offer your dogs and cats play, affection, and attention (unless they're shy and prefer to be left alone, of course!). I'll feed them, clean up any messes they make, etc. I can offer to meet with you first and do a trial care (walking, playing, etc) free of charge so that you can decide if you want me to be your dog walker/pet sitter.
