“Ange was amazing. She looked after my two kitties while I was traveling. Every day, she dropped by for 30 minutes, providing the kitties with wet food, handling their litter boxes, giving them company, etc. She sends amazing picture and written updates—reading her updates was one of the highlights of my day while traveling. She is super accommodating and follows instructions very accurately. I totally trusted her and will use her again and would recommend her. The only minor downside is that she sometimes had to miss the regular schedule and come a bit later. It’s not a big deal, but I feel having an exact schedule could be more comforting for the cats. But again, this is a small thing and not a big deal.”

About: When I was younger everyone believed that I would choose to become a vet. Although I took a different path, my love and willingness to care for animals has only increased over the years! Starting at age 10 with Rio, my childhood family dog I began caring for dogs of all kinds. From the various strays my parents and I rehabilitated, to the the fur babies we sat for friends, and King, the senior Pittie I care for currently: I'm sure to give my all to each and every animal I come in contact with! I'm available everyday after 12 PM, both weekdays and weekends for walks, drop ins, and quick home visits. As for sitting and longer visits, Rover is my main source of income right now so I am available whenever needed! I understand how important the safety and protection of your furry friend truly is! About: I grew up in a home with dogs, cats, bunnies, hens and roosters. I have never lived without caring for an animal! I love being outside, going for walks, playing and gardening. I am a mom of two school-aged boys and a proud owner of two tuxedo kitties whom we adopted nine years ago. I work part-time in the afternoons as an outdoor preschool art specialist. I am free between 9:30 am, and 1 pm everyday, and Wednesday and Thursday until 3 pm! I may also have early evenings free starting at the end of June. About: I’ve been walking and taking care of all pets since I was ten years old. I love them. I have a dog of my own and I would treat anyone’s as I treat my own. With love and respect and patience. About: Ever since I was a kid, friends and family have trusted me with their beloved pets. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, dogs who prefer to be the only pup in the room, and multi-dog households. My husband and I are proud pawrents to our sweet 50lb rescue, Charlie! (and we like to say he rescued us as much as we rescued him!) Being a rescue, he has fearful tendencies. Because of this, I've come to understand dog behavior on a deeper level and know how to ensure your pup remains safe, comfortable, and confident in all settings! I’m fortunate to work fully remotely, which gives me the flexibility to incorporate pet care naturally into my daily routine. I genuinely love animals, and spending time with them is something I look forward to. It’s a great way to step away from my desk, recharge both mentally and physically, and come back to work refreshed. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping a pet company, I’m able to be present and attentive with them! I’m a natural caregiver and love animals of all kinds. Since we live in an apartment without a fenced yard, Charlie enjoys at least four walks a day. We’re lucky to be close to parks and the Neponset Trail, so he gets plenty of new places to explore! I’ll give your pet the same level of enrichment—long walks with fresh scents, playtime, cuddles, feeding, and plenty of love.

About: I’ve been walking and house sitting for about 3 years and I’ve learned a lot! On average I walk about 1 mile every 25 minutes, and I love updating parents as much as I can. I currently work part-time, but right now it’s only on the weekends so Monday-Thursdays I’m usually free to take care of your fur babies while you’re away! I can follow instructions given by the parents and my eyes are always on the pets. I always try my best to make sure they don’t eat anything off the ground, and I keep them away from other animals if they are triggered by them.

About: Within the past few years I have provided consistent pet care for variety of animals. Cats, dogs, small companion pets, and even fish. My responsibilities have included scheduled feedings, daily walks, potting training, playtime, basic care, routines, and maintaining clean a living space to ensure pets feel safe and welcome. I believe pets should feel emotionally supported while their owners are away. This role has strengthened my ability to be able to read different animal temperaments and adapt individual needs, while creating routines that match each pets energy and comfort zone. I am currently a full-time student at UMass Boston majoring in Political Science with a minor in Africana studies. Now that there isn’t currently a pet in my home to care for, I have grown strong desire to start caring for other peoples pets again. I especially have the time between semesters on winter and summer breaks. When classes are back in session, I have worked my schedule around my desire to care for pets and will only be in class two days a week. I hope to feel this time with adorable for babies. I live in an animal, friendly apartment complex that includes a spacious outdoor area. This is perfect for giving pets some fresh air if they enjoy it. I play close attention to animal's personalities and comfort levels. For dogs, I make sure to coordinate with other pet owners to see if a play date is on the table, or keep them in quieter spaces if they prefer it to be more low-key. For cats, I have plenty of open space indoors, including a scratching post and cozy spots where they can relax. All above I respect animals boundaries and make sure they feel safe and at ease, whether in my home or yours.
