“Ange was amazing. She looked after my two kitties while I was traveling. Every day, she dropped by for 30 minutes, providing the kitties with wet food, handling their litter boxes, giving them company, etc. She sends amazing picture and written updates—reading her updates was one of the highlights of my day while traveling. She is super accommodating and follows instructions very accurately. I totally trusted her and will use her again and would recommend her. The only minor downside is that she sometimes had to miss the regular schedule and come a bit later. It’s not a big deal, but I feel having an exact schedule could be more comforting for the cats. But again, this is a small thing and not a big deal.”

About: Hey there – my name is Nancy, and I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. Starting with my childhood dog, Bandit, a mixed Shepard. As an adult I had a pit bull/boxer mix, Vedder. I had Vedder for 12 years. After Vedder, I had a beagle/boxer mix, Killian. I currently do not have a dog of my own. This gives me plenty of time to take care of your dog I am an experienced sitter, and did walker who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. This includes understanding their diet, exercise routine, allergies, or medications they may be on. During walks, I would keep them on a leash at all times. Moreover, for both walks and sitting sessions, I’d maintain regular communication with the pet owners by providing updates and promptly reporting any unusual behavior. Maintaining vigilance, open communication, and being prepared for unexpected situations are crucial aspects of ensuring the safety and well-being of pets under my care. I am not a certified dog trainer, but I did successfully train my pit bull/boxer, Vedder, and my beagle/boxer, Killian. When you board your dog with me, you can expect a quality stay. Your dog will not only be well looked after, they will go on some cool walking adventures. I’m located near three beaches, and three parks. One of the parks has a bike/walking path. I keep the owner updated with pics and text. I also use a walking app that shows where we walked, how far we walked and how long we walked. When you leave your dog in my care, you can enjoy your vacation knowing that your dog is also having fun.

About: I’ve had pet dogs my entire childhood and enjoy keeping active, walking my dog at least twice a day. I have some informal experience taking care of my neighbor’s dogs. I’m currently home for the summer with no strict schedule, so I will be able to travel for walks and dog sitting at any time. I have a crate at home if needed, but my dog Gus is free to roam at night and I’d be willing to allow the same if your dog is respectful of furniture. I frequently let Gus out for pee and play breaks. When I have access to a car, I enjoy bringing Gus on hikes and would be willing to do the same for your pet.

I absolutely love dogs, and will treat yours as if it were my own with all the love, care and attention they deserve! I am a professional dog walker with a local company two days a week, but am looking to add more walks and visits to my schedule. When I’m not dog walking, I’m working on building a sustainable swimwear brand from home, so I have lots of flexibility to work around your schedule. I don’t have any pets of my own, so yours will be the center of attention! I live on the second floor of a two family condo building. I don’t have a fenced backyard, but I live right off the Neponset River Trail and there are lots of great walking route and trails in my neighborhood. If your pet is used to sleeping in your room with you at night, I am happy to have them in my room, and can accommodate crated or uncreated dogs. In general I try to keep your pet’s schedule as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and at home.
