Lyv completely saved me when another dogsitter cancelled. She clearly knows dogs and asked all the right questions, and my pup Summer immediately took to her. Eleanor diligently cared for my cat while I was away for a few days, so that when I returned, my cat was happy to see me without being starved of the love she had needed! I appreciated the photos Eleanor sent, and the care and love Eleanor provided. Eleanor even cleaned up a hairball at one point! My cat's current comfort upon my return shows Eleanor helped my cat feel secure, cared for, and safe.
I was so glad that Madison was available to watch our dog Molly for our past trip.
