I’ve cared for animals my entire life, from Great Danes to Labs to Frenchies to teacup Yorkies. I’m comfortable with senior pets and medical needs, including administering daily insulin and following strict feeding schedules and dietary guidelines. I’m calm, patient, and detail-oriented, and I focus on helping pets feel safe and settled quickly. I don’t currently have a dog in my home, so your pet will have my full attention and care. I work from home full-time, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. Dogs get frequent outdoor breaks and attention, and cats get steady check-ins, calm company, and routine-based care. I live directly across the street from the Arnold Arboretum, which is a wonderful, peaceful place for daily walks, and I’m also close to several dog parks for pups who enjoy more active outings. I have two children with me 50% of the time, and they’ve grown up around both dogs and cats. That being said, if your pet is not child-friendly, please still reach out. My children are with me every other week, and I’m happy to coordinate care to make sure your pet is comfortable and set up for success. I know it can feel stressful to leave your pet with someone new, and I take that trust seriously. I follow instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs, and I’m thoughtful about each pet’s comfort, boundaries, and routine. For dogs, that means consistent walks, safe supervision, and steady structure. For cats, it means calm energy, predictability, and respecting their space while still making sure they feel cared for and secure. I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Katie did a great job. She took the time to get to know us, as well as Maisie and Jack and their routines. She made sure to do this before she came to care for them. Maisie and Jack are two senior pups and what they need most is comfort and companionship. It was clear that Katie offered them all of that and more. They were quite content when we came home, which is the best sign of success. Katie kept us posted during our trip with updates and funny videos that made us feel better about being away. The house was perfect and we stepped back in as if we never left. She was very thoughtful about everything. I hope that the next time we travel Katie is available again. My dogs are older with reactivity and separation anxiety. I've had issues with getting the right sitter but Nadya did awesome. The meet and greet went well. Nadya was comfortable with their complex med regimens (each are on at least 3 meds each, and once twice a day) and walking the both of them. I had zero complaints about barking from my neighbor and landlord, which was an issue in the past. Nadya obviously loves dogs as well
Amazing pet and house sitter. We felt completely at ease being out of the country while Sofia watched our beagle and stayed at our house. Everything was neat and clean, dog fed and walked, plants watered. Would highly recommend Sofia and hope to hire her again!!

Ella was very professional and responsive to my check ins while house sitting our two pups for 1 week. She sent me daily pictures and updates and saw my two pups literally cuddling with her on the couch which reassured me the dogs were in good care. She was also extremely respectful of my home and left the house in the same shape (if not a little cleaner) than when we left.
