About: I have raised dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've done everything from bottle feeding to crate training to grooming and administering medication. I work full time and have a partner who is around during the day. I have a very well kept schedule of making sure the animals are well cared for in the morning and taken care of in the evenings. About: Hey there – my name is Nancy, and I’ve taken care of dogs the majority of my life. Starting with my childhood dog, Bandit, a mixed Shepard. As an adult I had a pit bull/boxer mix, Vedder. I had Vedder for 12 years. After Vedder, I had a beagle/boxer mix, Killian. I currently do not have a dog of my own. This gives me plenty of time to take care of your dog I am an experienced sitter, and did walker who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with dogs. Some people have told me I’m a dog whisperer at times… I have yet to prove them wrong. I’m currently not working. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pet. I’m available both days and nights to watch, walk or play with your dog. To ensure the safety and well-being of pets under my care, I would first familiarize myself with each pet’s specific needs, behaviors, and any medical conditions. This includes understanding their diet, exercise routine, allergies, or medications they may be on. During walks, I would keep them on a leash at all times. Moreover, for both walks and sitting sessions, I’d maintain regular communication with the pet owners by providing updates and promptly reporting any unusual behavior. Maintaining vigilance, open communication, and being prepared for unexpected situations are crucial aspects of ensuring the safety and well-being of pets under my care. I am not a certified dog trainer, but I did successfully train my pit bull/boxer, Vedder, and my beagle/boxer, Killian. When you board your dog with me, you can expect a quality stay. Your dog will not only be well looked after, they will go on some cool walking adventures. I’m located near three beaches, and three parks. One of the parks has a bike/walking path. I keep the owner updated with pics and text. I also use a walking app that shows where we walked, how far we walked and how long we walked. When you leave your dog in my care, you can enjoy your vacation knowing that your dog is also having fun.

About: I've had dogs in my family since I was a child, continuing into adulthood. As an adult I raised and trained two dogs from puppyhood to senior citizens. I have experience with taking dogs to obedience classes, training them on recall and basic commands, and using positive reinforcement. Lots of experience with puppies and adolescent dogs. I have experience with rescues, fosters, and dogs with trauma histories and pick up dog body language fairly quickly. I know that you the owner know your dog best and as a pet parent myself make sure to respect preferences, notes on behaviors and routines, and make their experience as consistent and stress-free as possible, for them and you. I am fairly active in my day to day life, and love doing shorter and longer walks with dogs. I take mine to the dog park too, but understand that isn't for every dog, there are plenty of enrichment activities to do with them outside of public spaces. I am currently going to school and have a fairly flexible schedule to work in care throughout the week and my availability should be fairly routine. In/near my own home I have access to green spaces and a dog park. Plenty of space to walk a dog. At a clients home I would follow applicable routines and instructions regarding walks, enrichment, and socialization, which could include walk, dog park visit, or activities in the home.

About: I have been taking care of my neighbors animals since I was 10 years old. I am reliable and communicative. I am good with giving medicine if needed. When I lived in New York I was walking dogs in the morning and the evening making sure to leave enough time for play time, their breakfast, and dinner! I have a tuxedo cat and my main goal is to always make sure she is happy! I will do the same with your babies. I always make sure the dogs are leashed before leaving the house and make sure the front door or fence is closed so they don’t escape.

About: Along with growing up having two large dogs and walking them every day, I have been taking care of cats since I was 14 years old! I’ve helped with training my own puppy and have cat-sitted for young, old, and even diabetic little guys.
