About: Since I was 10 years old, neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their dog(s). I've stayed overnight at their houses to provide the requested care as well as visits during the day. Additionally I’ve hosted pet(s) overnight. As a teacher during the academic year, I am available to provide pet care before and after school during the week. I’ll be at my school for approximately 7 hours each day. My boyfriend and I live together in our apartment and he’s also able to help providing pet care. My weekends are typically open during the academic year with an occasional event. From mid-June until late August, I have more availability during the week to provide pet care. I am an active person. I enjoy running, hiking, and long walks to release energy, especially with a canine campion. I've also brought dogs to local dog parks. I enjoy playing with dogs and even lounging at the house with them. At my apartment, the shared backyard has a fence and an outdoor lead as well.

About: Hi, I’m Gisele, a college student and lifelong animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages and temperaments. I grew up surrounded by dogs in my family, including rescue dogs, so I’m very comfortable with everything from energetic puppies to dogs that need a bit more patience, structure, or gentle care. I’ve been dog sitting since I was young, helping care for family pets over the years and building strong, trusting relationships with them. I’m attentive, reliable, and I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s pet seriously because I know they’re part of the family. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding routines, or just keeping your dog company, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I am currently working part time over the summer and in school during the fall and spring. My schedule leans more morning heavy so I am highly available in afternoons and evenings Monday through Saturday! I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions from the owner. I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort so I can adjust my approach based on what each dog needs! I make sure the home stays safe and secure at all times, either by keeping doors locked, being mindful during walks, or never leaving pets unattended in unsafe situations. I also focus on creating a calm, consistent presence so the dog feels relaxed and comfortable while their owner is away! My goal is to make the experience as stress free as possible by keeping things familiar, structured, and full of care and attention.

About: I’ve had cats, dogs, and hamsters and I am willing to experience a lot more! Don’t worry, I always enjoyed animals and providing them with love and care, so your mind will be at ease when you are away. I recently completed school but I also work a per diem job. Aside from studying to receive my certification, I have plenty of time to be with your cute companions, and spend time with them. Who knows, maybe while we’re together we can become the best study buddies. I am extremely flexible and always willing to discuss further if you have interest in booking. As I’ve had plenty of experience with Cats, I’m well aware of choking hazards on string like materials. I try to keep items like this out of reach! I am very clean when it comes to my space and noticed that this helps as some kitty’s can be a little curious and knock things off surfaces. When things are put away correctly there’s less chance for mess or danger. I am still gaining some experience with Dogs and puppies. As far as safety, I only do leashed walks to not only protect your pup but others who may be passing by as well! Again, I'm pretty organized and will avoid leaving items out, especially food! I know some animals are very food motivated and leaving food products out can be dangerous.

About: I first started caring for dogs when I was 11 and my family adopted our then 12-week old puppy, Tulip (beagle-hound mix). I was the primary one responsible for her feeding and afternoon walks throughout middle and high school. I also routinely dog sat for neighbors who at the time had a senior poodle, providing daily drop ins and walks. Since moving to Boston, I have been fortunate to become a regular dog walker for neighbors and friends, with experience walking shihtzus, German shepherds, labs, and boxers. While I now own two cats, I would love to get outside and enjoy the summer weather with some new four-legged friends! I work for the public schools, so I am off all summer! I am happy to provide drop-ins or walks throughout the morning and afternoon M-F, with some availability on select Saturday and Sunday afternoons. **School ends on June 26th this year - on dates marked as available prior to June 26th, I can only accommodate afternoon walks between 2:30-7pm. I have cared for puppies all the way up through seniors dogs in their final days, so I am happy to accommodate the specific needs of your dog based on age and temperament. It is my existing habit to send a photo to friends of their dogs every time I visit or take them on a walk, as a way of making sure they know I have actually completed the service and their dog has been properly cared for!
