I appreciated his communication from the start and the thoughtful questions about Benji’s routine. I also loved the photo updates and seeing that Benji was getting out and about. Mr. Su even added a bit more structure to Benji’s meals, which I really appreciated. He also accepted the booking on short notice when my other plans fell through, which meant a lot. Benji looked like himself in every update- relaxed and happy and it was clear he was in excellent hands. I’m extremely grateful to have found Mr. Su, and Benji will definitely be staying with him again. It’s a perfect setup for a dog who is used to having a work-from-home parent and thrives on attention, consistency, and a good routine.”
