She and her two adorable pups welcomes my boy Brody into her home and took such good care of him while I was away, sending updates and pictures regularly. Brody usually gets separation anxiety but became comfortable with Kayla surprisingly quickly, had so much fun playing with her pup Bandit, and came home plum tuckered out! I appreciated his communication from the start and the thoughtful questions about Benji’s routine. I also loved the photo updates and seeing that Benji was getting out and about. Mr. Su even added a bit more structure to Benji’s meals, which I really appreciated. He also accepted the booking on short notice when my other plans fell through, which meant a lot. Benji looked like himself in every update- relaxed and happy and it was clear he was in excellent hands. I’m extremely grateful to have found Mr. Su, and Benji will definitely be staying with him again. It’s a perfect setup for a dog who is used to having a work-from-home parent and thrives on attention, consistency, and a good routine.”

Julie was fantastic. After my family met with her we knew instantly she was the one for us. We used her overnight for our son’s wedding and could not have been happier. We had never had our Molly stay with anyone other than a family member so this was a big deal for us, plus the first time we used Rover. Julie put me at ease and shared pictures of her and Molly. Joe had the BEST time with Karin and Charlie, truly his home away from home and he has been so sad to leave. We got daily messages and adorable photos each day from Karin and they were so attentive to Joe's needs and daily medication and quirks. Debbie took great care of our dog, Sam recently. She has such a sweet and calm nature that put Sam at ease and she shared pics of Sam so we could see how he was doing. I was really impressed that she even played one of Sam’s favorite games with him, which I know made Sam happy as it did us as well.
Joanna provided pics and videos of Jasmine’s stay. It was such a delight to see our pup was on vacation while we were on vacation. We missed her terribly and it was so sweet to see that Jasmine had a good time on vaca too! I’d do it again. It was a great stay. Jasmine’s head tilts when we mention Joanna is all the proof.
